选手面试流程为:报编号+报+即兴演讲1~2分钟,根据熟练程度,趣味度,表达能力,有无语法错误综合评分(评委要求继续加试及其它表演除外)。

复赛具体比赛计划:17:00~18:00赛场布置18:00~18:30 所有工作人员及评委就位主持1人评委6人签到3人其他工作人员若干18:30~21:30 复赛:两轮比赛制,第一轮题目为演讲,时间每人5~7分钟,第二轮是通过PPT选手选题回答。

备注:1、从复赛开始可使用CASIO电子词典,复赛中每一环节都有一次向亲友团或观众求助机会,也可打问场外人员,时间为2分钟,复赛中可用3次CASIO电子词典,决赛中可使用一次。

2、主持在预赛中主要起各个选手间的连接作用,要使比赛快速不拖沓地进行。

3、本次比赛以评分方式决出晋级。

4、人力部负责组织评委,安排当天工作分配比赛结束后抽签选择队友分A、B、C、D 4组,半决赛分组对抗。

半决赛具体比赛计划:17:00~18:00赛场布置18:00~18:30所有工作人员及评委就位主持人2人评委6人音频控制1人18:30~21:30 半决赛:第一轮根据复赛结束后选出的团队组合进行英语阅读训练,同时给定一篇短文8分钟时间阅读翻译,根据翻译的契合程度打分,50分制评委打分,去高去低,取其平均;第二轮,由主持人读题,每组选手20s商议,抢答,答对得5分,打错得0分。

分高2组晋级。

再抽签分组为A、B 2队,备战决赛星期三~星期五备战总决赛1、贴决赛宣传海报,并附有进入决赛的选手名。

总决赛现场环境布置:1、在比赛开始前把舞台布置好,并适当地播放一些节奏轻快的歌曲迎接观众。

2、以气球、拉花、易拉宝等装饰品装饰舞台。

3、工作人员统一西服、工作证,女生礼仪统一服装具体比赛计划:09:00~11:30工作人员就位,布置背景11:30~12:00午餐12:00~16:00彩排16:00~17:30选手化妆17:30~18:30机动时间18:30~20:30 决赛1、开场歌曲:《every one is number one》2、第一轮根据复赛结束后选出的团队组合进行英语经典影视模仿或者戏剧模仿,时间20~30分钟,50分制,评委打分;第二轮,先有A队一名队员先行上场随便从B队中跳出一名队员,为其抽取比赛题目,如果B同学答对,则B同学加5分,A同学加2分,若答错,A可以补答答对各加2分,打错都不加分,然后B方选择A方一名同学,依此类推,单一选人员不得再次被选;最后为个人赛,每位选手依次上台从PPT选号,背面为单词,根据单词,自由拓展发挥,2分钟准备时间,评委打分20分制。

3、为了能够在比赛的决赛中营造良好的气氛,提高观众的热情,使比赛更有声有色地进行,我们在比赛的过程中可加插幸运观众抽奖以及面向观众的小游戏也可以让选手才艺表演(不计入总分)。

4、决出总冠军备注:1、决赛上午布置好舞台,且做好赛场出入口,其它物品发放的准备工作。

2、决赛当天下午工作人员进行彩排以保证演出的顺利进行。

颁奖第10~30名为激励奖(社团代表颁奖)第4~10名为三等奖(社团代表和评委)第2~3名为二等奖(社团骨干评委)第1名为一等奖(公司代表和社团骨干)总结由CASIO经理以及活动组织团队进行总结,总结初试和公司在大学生中的营销方式。
