甲乙双方遵循平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用的原则，签订本合同，并承诺共同遵守。

Party A and Party B should follow the principle of equality, willingness, consensus and good faith, sign this contract and promise to abide by it.

一、聘用期限Term of Employment

二、雇佣内容及任务Employment content and tasks

2.1甲方根据工作需要，安排乙方完成以下内容的工作任务：

三、报酬及其他Remuneration and other

3.1乙方的报酬为税前__________元/月，大写：

3.2其他待遇：Other treatment

3.3甲方可根据生产经营的状况或乙方任务量和工作表现，适时调整乙方的报酬。

Party A can adjust the remuneration, according to the production and management situation or task size and performance of Party B.

3.4当乙方的工作任务发生变化时，甲方可按规定调整其相应的报酬。乙方接受新的工作任务后，即视作接受甲方按照该工作任务重新确定的报酬。

If work assignments changed, Party A can adjust corresponding remuneration of Party B according to the regulations. Party B shall be deemed to accept the remuneration in accordance with the work tasks after the new job is accepted.

3.5乙方负有保守甲方商业秘密的义务。乙方负有保护义务的商业秘密主要包括：技术资料、数据，公司经营状况、目标战略，客户信息；供方信息，销售价格；以及公司产品的配方、加工工艺等。

Party B has the obligation to keep Party A's business secrets, which including: technical material and data, company management situation, target strategy, customer information, supplier information, sales price, products formula , processing technology, etc.

四、合同的解除和终止Termination of contract

4.1合同期满双方不再续签或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现时，本合同即终止。

The contract terminates, when their operation terms expire or conditions on which both parties agree to terminate the contract appear.

4.2经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。

This contract can terminate, upon agreement reached between both parties through consultation.

4.3乙方被证明无法完成本合同项下的工作任务，甲方有权随时解除本合同。

Party B is proved unable to fulfill the work assignments under this contract, Party A has the right to terminate this contract at any time.

4.4乙方应严格遵守甲方的工作规定，尽职尽责，否则，甲方有权随时解除合同并追究因此而造成的经济损失，并有权对所造成的经济损失在乙方的报酬中作相应扣除。

Party B shall be conscientious and strictly obey the working rules of Party A. Otherwise, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and pursue economic losses caused by Party B. Party A has the right to deduct the economic losses from the remuneration.

4.5甲乙双方若单方面解除本协议，需提前一个月通知另一方。

If either party shall unilaterally terminate this contract, one month notice in advance should be arranged.

五、其他事项Other matters

5.1其他未尽事宜，双方可参照甲方公司内部的相关规定执行。What is left unmentioned in the contract may be implemented according to relevantly internal rules of Party A.
