系统则最大可切换 64路视频输入信号到 16 路视频输出,并且可配置多个控制键盘或计算机图形工作站。
系统支持多种组网功能:以太网多级联网,穿透式多级联网等远程多级编程控制及网络功能AB80-50 系列网络矩阵切换控制系统,利用 Internet , LAN 或 WAN 网络,可使用户在任何地方通过客户端软件或 PC 浏览器打开矩阵主机提供的 WEB 页面 , 浏览视频图像并可对矩阵主机进行操作和摄像机控制。
支持多台矩阵进行以太网联网,节点数量不受限制,用户通过 WEB 页面可对整个联网系统内的监视器、摄像机统一编号,切换控制一步到位。
共享网络内系统报警信息,真正实现大型的全方位报警联动响应,通过 SD 卡可对矩阵系统进行数据下载、上传、升级等,具有多用户登录、电子地图、日志查询等功能。
AB运动控制系统讲义_1
Sercos运动控制系统的组态主要有以下几个步骤:一:创建运动控制工程,并设置协调系统时间(CST)。
二:组态Sercos接口模块。
三:组态伺服驱动器(伺服放大器)。
四:组态一个运动组。
五:组态轴的属性。
Logix 5000软件界面如下图所示:一:创建运动控制工程,并设置协调系统时间(CST)1:创建运动控制工程:点击菜单“File---New…”(File [faɪl]:文件。
New [nju:]:新的)或者点击工具栏中的“New”图标,弹出“New Controller”(新控制器__Controller [kənˈtrəʊlə(r)]:控制器)对话框。
如下图所示。
Vendor[vendə(r)]:供应商。
默认是Allen-Bradley(即AB公司)Type[taɪp]:型号,类型。
即所用的控制器型号。
默认是1756-L61 ControlLogix5561 Controler,点击右边向下的三角符号,可以从下拉列表中选择实际所使用的控制器型号。
如下图所示。
Revision[rɪˈvɪʒn]:修订版本。
Redundancy Enabled:启用冗余(Redundancy[rɪˈdʌndənsi]:冗余。
Enabled[e'neɪbld]:激活,启用,使能)。
在构建互为冗余的控制系统时才启用,一般控制系统不需要启用。
Name [neɪm]:名称。
新建工程的名称。
这里输入“Lab”。
Description [dɪˈskrɪpʃn]:描述。
Chassis Type:机架类型(Chassis [ˈʃæsi]:底盘;底架;机架)。
默认是1756-A10 10-Slot ControlLogix Chassis(共10槽的ControlLogix机架),点击右边向下的三角符号,可以从下拉列表中选择实际所使用的机架型号。
Slot[slɒt]:槽号,槽位置。
指定控制器在机架上所安装的槽号(注意:槽号是从0号开始的)。

AB_PLC选型指南
AB的PLC目前主要分5类:1. 低端为MicroLogix1500,编程软件为RS Logix500。
目前最新版本为V6.0。
2.中端小型机为SLC500,编程软件为RS Logix500。
目前最新版本为V6.0。
可以支持多种网络,最多支持4096点I/O.3.中端新贵族则为CompactLogix,编程软件为RS Logix5000。
目前最新版本为V13.0。
4.高端主流机型为ControlLogix5000,编程软件为RS Logix5000。
目前最新版本为V13.0。
最大支持128K点I/O. 功能十分强大,甚至西门子S7-400H都不能相比。
5.高端老机型为PLC-5,编程软件为RS Logix5。
目前最新版本为V5.5。
PLC-5基本上已经停止生产了,目前只是备件供应。
其地位将完全由ControlLogix5000替代,约于08年以前停止备件供应。
要学AB,RS Linx不可不知。
这是AB 的通讯软件。
主要用来连接组太软件和PLC的通讯。
它将PLC的各种网络接口在软件层次上统一成OPC 接口。
实际上是一个不折不扣的OPC Server。
不管计算机与PLC以何种方式连接,使用RSLinx 软件后,都变成统一的OPC格式与上位软件通讯。

一、模块接线1、概论本项目采用CompactLogical(1769)及ControlLogical(1756)系列PLC,前者通过模块两侧芯片连接数据总线,后者需通过底板供电(5V)电压。
