NI60A 热水泵操作手册说明书

The Hot Water Dispenser is shipped, from the factory, with the Heater Switch in the "OFF" position. DO NOT turn the heater switch ON until the unit is primed with water. The heater switch is located at the lower back of the unit.WATER INLET CONNECTION :The Hot Water Dispenser is to be installed to comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local plumbing codes. Furthermore, a quick disconnect or enough extra coiled tubing, (at least 2 times the depth of the machine) should be installed, so that the unit can be moved for proper cleaning underneath. It is recommended that an approved back flow prevention device, such as a double check valve, and a shut-off valve should be installed between the Hot Water Dispenser and incoming water supply.START - UP PROCEDURE:CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE HEATER SWITCH , LOCATED AT THE LOWER BACK OF THE UNIT, IS IN THE OFF POSITION.1. Connect a ¼" diameter copper waterline to the ¼" flare water inlet.2. Open the water shut-off valve and check connections for leaks. DO NOT over-tighten.3. Plug in the Hot Water Dispenser into a dedicated power supply outlet.4. Activate the Power Switch (front of unit) the water tank will begin to fill, providing the water connection is open. The tank will fill in approximately 3-4 minutes.5. After the tank has filled, activate the Heater Switch (toggle up, lower back of unit). Depending on the model selected, it will take approximately 15-25 minutes for the water to heat to operating temperature.NOTE: This procedure is for initial start - up only; however, steps 4 and 5 must be repeated should the tank be completely drained. Steps 1 thru 5 must be repeated should the machine be drained, disconnected and reinstalled in a new location.THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENT:Remove the two (2) screws from the top cover and remove cover. The thermostat, will be visible. First, adjust the thermostat by turning the thermostat knob either clockwise to raise the temperature, or counter clockwise to lower the temperature. If further adjustment is required, remove knob, turn the adjustment screw, located in the center of the thermostat shaft, counter clockwise to increase the temperature and clockwise to decrease the temperature.Unit should be set to approximately 203°F.WARNING: Always disconnect HWD from power supply before repairing or replacing any internal components.Hot Water Dispenser - HWD2Tomlinson faucet Manual dispenseElectrical SpecificationsMODEL NOWATTSVOLTSPHASE & CYCLESPOWER CORD (included)RECEPTACLEOperationalMODEL NOINITIAL HEAT-UP TIMEBURST CAPACITYRECOVERYGALLONS PER HOURTANK CAPACITYHWD21700120 1 PH. 50/60 Hz P5-15R5-1520-25 Min 1.5 Gals 10-15 Min 4.5 2.8 GalHWD2Heat-up time and Dispense rate based on Inlet water temperature at 68°F and Dispense water temperature range 165°F to 200°F30002401 PH. 50/60 HzP6-15R6-1515-20 Min5-10 Min8.02.0 GalsVOLTS120 (1.7 KW)240 (3.0 KW)Water ConnectionWater pressure: 20 - 90 PSI (69 - 621 KPA) Supplied with ¼ OD male flare fittingExport units add "X" to Model No.Specify Voltage and type of line cord required.Hot Water Dispenser - HWD3Tomlinson faucet Manual dispenseElectrical SpecificationsMODEL NOWATTSVOLTSPHASE & CYCLESPOWER CORD (included)RECEPTACLEOperationalMODEL NOINITIAL HEAT-UP TIMEBURST CAPACITYRECOVERYGALLONS PER HOURTANK CAPACITYHWD31700120 1 PH. 50/60 Hz P5-15R5-1520-25 Min 1.5 Gals 10-15 Min 4.5 2.8 GalHWD3Heat-up time and Dispense rate based on Inlet water temperature at 68°F and Dispense water temperature range 165°F to 200°F30002401 PH. 50/60 HzP6-15R6-1515-20 Min5-10 Min8.02.0 GalsVOLTS120 (1.7 KW)240 (3.0 KW)Water ConnectionWater pressure: 20 - 90 PSI (69 - 621 KPA) Supplied with ¼ OD male flare fittingExport units add "X" to Model No.Specify Voltage and type of line cord required.23.524.39.812.09.30.77.01.3IMPORTANT- BEFORE REMOVING TOP PANEL -DISCONNECT POWER REMOVE BOTTOM PANELAND DRAIN TANKHot Water Dispenser - HWD5Tomlinson faucet Manual dispense29.029.815.312.09.30.77.0Electrical SpecificationsMODEL NOWATTSVOLTSPHASE & CYCLESRECEPTACLEOperationalMODEL NOINITIAL HEAT-UP TIMEBURST CAPACITYRECOVERYGALLONS PER HOURTANK CAPACITYHWD51700120 1 PH. 50/60 Hz P5-15R5-1530-45 Min 2.0 Gals 20-25 Min 5.0 5.0 GalHWD5Heat-up time and Dispense rate based on Inlet water temperature at 68°F and Dispense water temperature range 165°F to 200°F3000240 1 PH. 50/60 Hz P6-15R6-1520-25 Min 15-20 Min 9.03.0 Gals VOLTS120 (1.7 KW)240 (3.0 KW) 1.360002401 PH. 50/60 HzP6-30R6-3015-20 Min10-15 Min14.04.0 Gals240 (6.0 KW)Water ConnectionWater pressure: 20 - 90 PSI (69 - 621 KPA) Supplied with ¼ OD male flare fittingExport units add "X" to Model No.Specify Voltage and type of line cord required.POWER CORD (included)IMPORTANT- BEFORE REMOVING TOP PANEL -DISCONNECT POWER REMOVE BOTTOM PANELAND DRAIN TANKHEATER ELEMENT, 240V 3000W THERMOSTAT HEATER ELEMENT, 120V 1700W 1113149101HI-LIMIT 220° CUTOUT SILICONE SEAL 12mm (0.466 I.D.)LEVEL CONTROL PROBE28763L532A G267A G266A L573A K402Q M461A 1617151819WATER INLET VALVE, 120V 12L462A 20212254232425FLOAT SWITCHL499A SILICONE HOSE 3/8ID x 16" LG M857A PILOT LIGHT "HEATING"C165A POWER SWITCH L155A PILOT LIGHT "READY"C072A TEACH-ME TIMERL576A SILICONE HOSE 3/8ID x 16" LG M857A DRIP TRAY PANSA72ADRIP TRAY GRILLSA73A CONTACTOR, 2 POLE 30/40 AMP, 120V B177A SILICONE HOSE 3/8ID x 16" LG M857A LEVEL CONTROL L566A "STOP" SWITCH PB L584A "MANUAL" SWITCH PB L584A "DECANTER" SWITCH PB L584A "CUP" SWITCH PB L584A "HEATER" SWITCHL069A POWER CORD 120VC032A731011121314181716715232425PROGRAMMABLE TIMER "TEACH ME" ADJUSTMENTSThis timer can be programmed from the push buttons to dispense different volumes of hot water. By circulating the hot water they ensure that hot water is available instantly even at the tap furthest away from the water heater. Depending on the system design, Ecocirc®E1 pumps can service installations in a single-family house or apartment building. They conform to the requirements of the German Drinking Water Ordinance and offer effective pro-t e c t i o n against Legionella by circu-lating the drinking water. The water and energysavings make an impor-tant contribution forthe environmental pro-tection and the reduc-tion of CO2.The Ecocirc®E1 pumps are easy to install. To avoid reverse flow through the pump, a check valve should be used. In combination with a ball valve, the whole pump can be isolated quickly if service should become necessary. To facilitate installation, Ecocirc® E1 pumps are also available with integrated check valve and ball valve. Other areas of applications are solar systems, heat pumps or industrial applications. The circulators Ecocirc® E1 are the first of its kind to require only 8 Watt of power. This enormous energy saving is made possible by the combination of the spherical motor design invented by Laing and the ECM-Technology.Model E1Technical DataMotor design electronically commutatedshaftless spherical motor withpermanent magnet technology Power consumption 8 WattMax. system pressure 10 barElectrical connection 230 V, 50 HzSystem temperature - 10°C to + 110°C (non-freezing) Protection class/Insulation IP 44/FAcceptable media Domestic hot water, heating water,water/glycole mixtures*Other media on request.*check pump performance for mixtures of 20% or more glycoleCost saving chart eco circ ® E1Years1234567891029 €58 €87 €116 €145 €174 €203 €261 €290 €5010015020025030035012345678910232 €€ComparisonDomestic hot water / Sanitary pumps eco circ ® E1Electricity cost analogy chart213 €100200300400500Ecocirc E1-15/700 B with only 8 WattStandard circulating pump with 25 Watt43 €Years12345678910 171 €299 €427 €384 €341 €256 €85 €128 €68 €82 €96 €109 €123 €55 €41 €137 €27 €14 €€Energy and cost savingsThe high-efficiency pump Ecocirc ® E1 saves electricity, reduces the CO 2 emission and pays for itself. By com-paring the operating expense of a standard circulating pump with 25 Watt and the high-efficiency pump with 8 Watt, the cost savings beco-me quite obvious. The Ecocirc ® E1 cost savings are considerable over time.Compared with a standard circula-ting pump, the Ecocirc ® E1 saves68% electricity costs!Electricity cost calculation:Based on electricity costs of 0,1949 €/kWh in Germany and pump operating time of 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. The only moving part of this pump type is a spheri-cal rotor/impeller unit which is suspended on an extremely wear resistant ceramic ball. Shaft seals or conventional bearing bushings with a shaft have been eliminated. The only self realigning bearing in the small pump market has many advantages:The suspension on a ball eliminates any bearing play – even after years of use. The pump therefore will operate quietly for years. The bearing is self-realigning. It is automatically lubricated and cooled by the pumped media (wet rotor pump). Ecocirc ®pumps are normally maintenance free. The rotor is magnetically centered on the bearing and therefore can tilt to avoid blocking by small dirt particles. Even after a long time of shut-off a safe start-up is virtually guaranteed.DesignDomestic hot water / Sanitary pumps eco circ ® E1The pump can be cleaned easily with typical household clea-ner in the unlikely case of scale deposits.Integrated, stepless scale protection thermostats are optio-nal. These thermostats are used to set a water temperature where the pump shuts off. This also results in further elec-tricity savings.Energy Efficiency due to ECM-Technology(electronic commutation with permanent magnetic rotor)The circulating pumps Ecocirc ® E1 are high efficiency pumps. ECM-Technology results in significant energy savings with the same performance:The basis for the higher efficiency is the permanent magnet rotor . The magnetic field required in the rotor does not have to be created while incurring losses, but it is permanently there. A microprocessor installed in the pump creates a rotating magnetic field with variable frequency in the stator coils (electronic commutation), which turns the rotor . The starting torque, and therefore the blockage resistance, when compared with standard circulators, is significantly increased, too.eco circeco circ ® E1 with integrated check and ball valveeco circ ® E1Replacement motors for models E1eco circ® E1 Accessories, components and spare partsPump curve and power consumption eco circ ® E1Pump curve E1-13/100 B Power consumption E1-13/100 BPump curve E1-15/700 B Power consumption E1-15/700 B0,00,20,40,60,81,01,21,41,602004006008001000120008162432Flow rate (l/h)P u m p h e a d (m )P o w e r c o n s u m p t i o n (W )1m = 10 kPa = 100 mbarU n e qu a l l e d e c o n o m i c a l l y !O nl y 8 W a t t !Laing GmbH · Systeme für Wärmetechnik · Klingelbrunnenweg 4 · 71686 Remseck · GermanyPhone: +49 (0) 7146/93-0 · Fax: +49 (0) 7146/93-33 · E-Mail: info@laing.de · Internet: ing.de20082007 S u b j e c t t o c h a n g e w i t h o u t n o t i c e .

Today, as a consequence of these restricted regulations in environmental protection for toxic, explosive and liquefied gases, there has been an increasing tendency not to provide vessels and vessel drains with a lateral outlet or bottom outlet, i.e. with a drain nozzle installed in the range of the bottom.Application sectors are tank farms, terminals chemical and off-shore plants, gas accumulators, and industrial plants. In addition to the optimum design for TCN and TCAM pumps there are various mounting options.TCN / TCAMFor the delivery of aggressive, toxic, explosive, precious, inflammable, radioactive and slightly volatile fluids e.g. sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrocyanic acid, ethanoic acid, formic acid, NaOH, KOH, D2O, solvent, etc.TCNF / TCAMFLiquid gases, e.g. ammonia, freone, carbon dioxide, amines, propane, butane, vinyl chloride, ethylene oxide, chlorine, phosgene, propylene, carbon bisulphide, hydrocarbon, diphenyl (> 250 °C) etc.Application rangesTCN / TCNF: –160 °C to +250 °CTCAM / TCAMF: –160 °C to +250 °CCanned motorsPower: u p to 300 kW at 1450 rpm [50 Hz]up to 400 kW at 2900 rpm [50 Hz]up to 336 kW at 1750 rpm [60 Hz]up to 448 kW at 3500 rpm [60 Hz] Operation: S1 to S10Voltage: 400 / 690 V(special tensions possible)Heat class: H – 180C – 220 / C – 400Frequency: 50 or 60 Hz(plus frequency converter operationon request)Protections: motor IP 68terminal box IP 65Motor protection: t hermistor e.g.KL 180 (for H-winding)PT 100 (for C-winding)Explosion protectionaccording to EC design test certificate in line with Directive 94/9/EG ATEX II 2 G EEx de II C T1 to T6 / II 2 G ck II C TxDocumentationDigital standard documents (CD-ROM) adapted to CE requirements include:sectional drawing■■dimensional drawing■■EC conformity declaration■■operating instructions■■Inspections and guaranteesStandard inspectionsHydraulic inspection:each pump is subject to a test run and the operating■■point is guaranteed according to ISO 9906 – class 2 (5 measuring points)pressure test■■axial thrust measurement■■leak test■■Additional inspectionsThe following inspections can be carried out and certified against additional price (e.g. NPSH test, Helium leakage test, vibration test, ultrasonic test, PMI test). Any further inspec-tions and tests are according to the technical specification. The guarantees are effected according to the valid conditions of supply.Application and insertionFunctional principleTechnical specificationAdvantages of hermetically sealed motor-driven submersible pumpsThe hydraulic part is arranged above close to the vessel bot-tom. The pressure line is placed in parallel to the pump drive shaft via manhole door to the outside. The impeller is arranged at the shaft which is fixed by medium-lubricated guide bear-ings. Depending on the immersion depth several bearings will be required. The following reference value will apply: accord-ing to the pump size, one guide bearing per 1,2 m to 1,6 m is required. The bearings are installed in a support pipe that is fixed to the manhole door. The sealing to the atmosphere is effected by using a mechanical seal. The conventional drive motor is installed outside the vessel and can be used for every protection type according to the explosion requirements. The basic and outer construction of a conventional pump with mechanical seal can be compared with the design of a submersible pump with magnetic drive. The difference of sealing to the atmosphere is the containment shell of the magnetic coupling that is directly installed to the pump component. The containment shell ensures an absolute leakage-free pump operation and can also be installed onthe outside of the vessel.Because of that, the drive shaft of this construction type is not medium-lubricated but operates in a dry place. The bearings used are prelubricated roller bearings which are placed in a support tube under dry conditions. The cable passage at the manhole door is sealed by a mechanical seal. According to the depth of assembly several bearings need to be installed here as well. Conventional electric motors can also be used here as a drive. When installing canned motor pumps the drive shaft having a length according the immersion depth is no longerneeded. The rotating parts of the pump shaft are placed in the canned motor pump and are therefore extremely short. The pump is fixed to a support pipe which is arranged at the manhole door. The single task of the support pipe is to carry the pump and to lead the cables to the outside. Medium-lubricated guide bearings or prelubricated roller bearings are not necessary since the usually used long drive shaft is not required for operational reasons. Therefore, in case of vertical submersible pumps with canned motor, the length of the drive shaft is irrespective of the immersion depth.Bearing arrangementThe bearing in hermetically designed pumps must be located and immersed in the operating liquid. Therefore, in most cases, only the use of hydrodynamic slide bearings is required. The correct operating method ensures the advantage that no contact may be created between the bearing lining. Thus, they are constantly running free from wear and maintenance. Service life of 8 to 10 years can be easily achieved by using HERMETIC pumps. The almost universal bearing combination based on tungsten carbide (W5) and silicon carbide (SiC30) has to be proved to be the best choice. These combinations consist of metallic shaft sleeves made of stainless steel (1.4571) and coatedby tungsten carbide according to the “High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Procedure“. Furthermore, they consist of a firm bearing bush made of ceramic material (SiC30) that is surrounded by a sleeve made of stainless steel. SiC30 is a mixed material of silicon carbide and graphite, combining the product advantages of both materials. Conditions of mixed friction, as they may arise for example during start-up and stopping phase of pumps, can be easily handled with SiC30. Moreover, this material is deemed to be thermal shock resistant (high resistance against changes in temperature), as well as chemically stable and blister resistant (no formation of bubbles at material surface) and abrasion resistant.MonitoringThe most part of HERMETIC pumps are designed according to explosion protection requirements. The pumps comply with the requirements of the electrical as well as mechanical explosion protection.Level monitoringOn condition that the rotor cavity as part of the process system is steadily filled with liquid, no explosive atmosphere may arise. In this case, no accepted explosion protection is required for the rotor cavity. If the operator is not able to guarantee for a steady filling, it is necessary to install level monitoring devices.Temperature monitoringThe observance of the temperature class and the maximum admissible surface temperature of the canned motor, respectively, is ensured via thermistor in the stator winding and/or via a measuring point on the bearing cover (liquid temperature).Monitoring of rotor positionThe axial thrust balancing is mainly influenced by the operating method of the pump, plant conditions and by various physical data of the liquid to be conveyed. For early detection of the source of errors, it is recommended to install a rotor-position-monitoring device. This electronic protective gear monitors the axial shaft clearance of the rotor, as well as its direction of rotation during operation in a hermetic and seal-less way. Together with the level and temperature monitoring, an effective and automatic early detection of failures may be achieved.Bearing arrangement and monitoring systemsMounting systemsThe HERMETIC canned motor submersible pump provides the optimum solution for difficult installations. Essentially there are two different installations in the tank and in the vessel:a) direct placing in the tank (figure 1)b) i nstallation of the pump with the opportunity to separate the pump from the liquid in the vessel (figure 2)Installation vessel pumpThe direct placing of the submersible pump in the tank is recommended for small container volumes, e.g. for NPSHA improvement in vessel loading/unloading stations.Installation pump with the opportunity to separate the pump from the liquid in the vesselIf it is necessary that the submersible pump with a filled tank is removed and reinstalled during a revision, the instal-lation when the pump is separate from the liquid has proved to be the best optimum solution. In this system, there is a shut-off valve close to the tank bottom, which can be operated with a gear or with a pressure medium run system. The delivery medium can be pushed back into the tank by inertisation. After closing of the valve and releasing the pressure the submersible pump can be removed or installed without emptying the vessel.5 32-2006 32-2507 40-1608 40-2009 40-25014 50-31515 65-16016 65-20017 65-25018 65-31523 100-25024 100-3155 32-2006 32-2507 40-1608 40-2009 40-25014 50-31515 65-16016 65-20017 65-25018 65-31523 100-25024 100-31525 100-40026 125-25027 125-31532 150-50033 200-25034 200-31535 200-40036 200-50041 300-5005 32-2006 32-2507 40-1608 40-2009 40-25014 50-31515 65-16016 65-20017 65-25018 65-31523 100-25024 100-3155 32-2006 32-2507 40-1608 40-2009 40-25014 50-31515 65-16016 65-20017 65-25018 65-31523 100-25024 100-31525 100-40026 125-25027 125-31532 150-50033 200-25034 200-31535 200-40036 200-50041 300-500Convincing service.Important features are readiness, mobility, flexibility, availability and reliability.
