正方陈词：We are in support of plastic surgery. There is a common saying:”Everyone has a heart of loving beauty” All the people hope they can be beautiful,more beautiful. Since it is so, plastic surgery can be understand. Firstly, every person has the right to seek for beauty through a cosmetic surgery as long as he can afford the expense. Secondly, after cosmetic surgery people can be more confident and competitive in the job market and daily life. Thirdly, a new face means a new life and we can easily walk into new surroundings. Besides, cosmetic surgery truly beautify ourselves and it will not do harm to others.

反方陈词：Our side firmly believe that one shouldn’t have cosmetic surgery. First, beauty is only skin-deep, as the saying goes, virtue is more important than appearance. Second, plastic surgery can’t improve one’s nature. One’s inner beauty or qualities like honesty, faithfulness and sense of humor are more important. Third, most employers need skilled employees rather than good-looking ones. Last, plastic surgery is risky.
