1.什么是教育技术?

1994年,美国教育传播与技术协会(AECT)发布了著名的
AECT1994定义(简称“94’定义”)“教育技术是关于学习过程与学 习资源的设计、开发、利用、管理和评价的理论与实践”。这一定义得 到国际上广泛的认同。 在理解94’定义时,应该特别注意以下两点:
第一,教育技术是以学习过程和学习资源为研究对象(我们国家一般强 调教学过程和教学资源);

——认识新课程的理念
传统的教学方式是以“口授、板书、演示”为特征的传递灌输方式; 传统的学习方式是以“耳听、手记、做题”为特征的被动接受方式。 近年来,随着数字化学习的开展和新一轮课程改革的实施,要求教师 的教学方式由传递灌输转向以“启发、诱导、点拨” 为特征的启迪诱 导方式,教师不再是教学过程的主宰、不再是知识的灌输者,而是教 学过程的组织者、指导者,支持学生自主学习、进行自主意义建构的 帮助者、促进者;学生的学习方式则要求由被动接受转向以“自主、 协作、探究”为特征的主动建构方式,学生不再是外部刺激的接受器、 知识的存储器,而是信息加工的主体、知识的主动建构者,学习过程 的主人。
