4：注意听者的反应。
面试不同于演讲，而是更接近于一般的交谈。
交谈中，应随时注意听者的反应。
比如，听者心不在焉，可能表示他对自己这段话没有兴趣，你得设法转移话题；侧耳倾听，可能说明由于自己音量过小使对方难于听清；皱眉、摆头可能表示自己言语有不当之处。
根据对方的这些反应，就要适时地调整自己的语言、语调、语气、音量、修辞，包括陈述内容。
