使用标签纸·碳带时注意事项DURA PRINTER是使用专用标签纸·碳带的热转印标签打印机。
专用标签纸有DURATACK系列,专用碳带有DURAINK 系列,可提供给顾客。
若使用指产品以外时发生的问题全归于顾客责任。
下面写DURATACK系列于DURAINK系列的使用时注意事项,请继续看下面。
请注意,如不正确使用打印机,会出现打印不清的现象。
使用DURATACK系列方法1.保管条件(1) 请保管在常温有通风及阳光不直射的地方。
(2) 保证期限于交货后6个月。
过保证期后,请确认打印机质量后使用。
(3) 请不要竖着放,一定要和横着放。
(4) 为了防止附着灰尘,请不要打开包装袋。
(5) 为了防止发生卷性,没紧的卷标签纸。
请不要再紧的卷标签纸。
2.使用方法(1) 本制品(DURATACK系列)加工成按要求的规格,但加工含有公差。
请按打印机或应用软件的下述方法调整公差范围内的差错。
竖方向(标签纸尺、距离) : 调整打印位置(上下)横方向(标签纸尺寸、版纸左右空白) : 调整打印位置(左右)、安装筒架和导管(2) 请按打印机说明书,将标签纸正确地装入打印机内。

打印过程中不得打开纸仓盖，否则可能导致打印机工作不正常。
在使用USB接口打印时，在打印过程中不能将USB线拔下，否则可能导致打印数据不完整。
在使用蓝牙方式打印时，在打印过程中距离不能超过10米，否则可能导致打印乱码或无法打印。
虽然打印机可以在0℃到50℃稳定工作，但过高的环境温度（45℃）或过低的环境温度（5℃）会导致打印质量降低。

FW247 主控制卡支持 1：1 热冗余，两块互为冗余的主控制卡以串行同步的方式实现点对点的 高速数据传输，使两块主控制卡运行状态保持一致，其冗余通信速率为 16.5Mbps。两块互为冗余的 主控制卡必须保证软硬件版本的一致，否则将导致系统不能正常运行。
主控制卡周期性地向过程控制网（SCnet II）发送实时过程信息，使得该网络上的所有操作节点 均可实时监控控制站的各种状态。同时，过程控制网上的操作节点也可以主动查询主控制卡的各种 信息。

一、安装软件狗：关闭计算机电源，将软 安装软件狗 件狗插在计算机后面USB口上。重新启动 计算机。 LabelShop 二、安装软件：将LabelShop光盘放在光 安装软件 驱里，系统会自动运行光盘里的安装程序， 出现安装软件画面，点击： LabelShop软 件安装，然后一路按“回车键”和“下一 步”，软件自动在桌面上显示。

故障现象 打开电源开关时， 电源指示灯不亮。
解决办法
检查电源接头，确定电源线或电源供应器与打印机 已正确连接。
使用棉花占少许酒精小心清洁打印头。 打印效果不良

检查碳带、标签纸是否正确安装。
1 、 检查碳带安装是否正确或是否碳带用尽，碳带 回卷轴上是否装有纸轴。 2、检查纸张是否安装正确或是否为纸张用尽。 3、上述两项均正确，则需进行打印机自检操作。

第五步：选择码制
点击：“条码”后出现对话 框。 点击：“条码类型”是需要 打印哪种条码。 例如：Code 128码 自动 码高、比例尺寸、位置、对 齐方式等，都可以进行调整。

开关按钮前面板手柄卷纸笔架组件打印机有两个电源开关：a)一个电源隔离开关，位于打印机背部 b)一个开关机按钮，位于打印机前面板您需要使用上述两个开关来运行打印机。
1、打开后部的电源隔离开关到On(Ⅰ)位置提示：前面板中的LED 灯亮红色，表示打印机处于省电模式，可随时开机。
2、按下前面板中的开关机按钮，前面板的显示器将标明打印机的状态。
1、按开关机按钮使其位于关闭位置，即可关机。
LED 灯会再次亮红色，前面板不再显示消息。
电源隔离开关电源隔离开关仅在打印机出现电源隔离要求时方可关闭：a)移出/安装内存扩展模块b)移出/安装JetDirect打印服务器和硬盘c)连接计算机d)运输开关关闭使其处于OFF(0)位置。
前面板导航打印机的前面板由以下功能区域组成： ■ 显示键■ 一块信息显示屏幕■ 操作键及其附属的状态指示灯，位于左侧 ■ 电源区显示键打印机前面板的显示区由一块信息显示屏幕和Top,Back, ↑,↓，Enter 五个显示键构成。

2.2 并口、串口设置 1、使用并口时，须在 R&S 位置置一个短路块。 2、使用串口时，R&S 上无短路块。当用 TTL 电平时，使用 TTL1 的 3 针接口，并且去掉 RL1 电阻。当用 232 电平时，使用 RS1 的 10 针接口，并且 RL1 位置有电阻。

2.1 按键与指示灯 打印机有两个功能按键：LF 键和 SET 键，两个指示灯：绿灯、红灯。 其中红灯为电源指示灯，通电后红灯常亮。绿灯为状态指示灯，绿灯上电后为常亮状态，缺纸时为慢闪，机头开 关打开时为快闪。 LF 键靠近指示灯 ，SET 键远离指示灯。正常上电后，LF 键为走纸键，SET 键无效。 2.1.1 打印机自检方法
