A buzzer will alert you if the meter reads higher than the selected value. If this occurs, change the battery immediately.Disconnect the battery. Press and hold the Read key for 15 sec-onds. Release the Read key. Press and hold the Check key for 15 seconds. Release the Check key. Connect a fresh battery to the lead wire in a single action, making sure to align the poles prop-erly and without interrupting contact. If the display remainsfrozen, repeat the procedure. If this procedure does not solve the problem, refer to the Service for Y our Meter section.456A few meter readings in a limited number of specific areas of a large mass can not be projected to indicate an average moisture content of an entire bale.The readings can be very helpful in providing an indication of the overall moisture con-dition inside the bale and to detect areas of excessive mois-ture.Meter readings may be used as an arbitrary guideline in determining whether or not to accept or reject the material. Since checking the moisture condition of bales is performed when buying and selling, the specific value of the meter read-ings remains an element to be agreed upon between buyer and seller. Such an agreement should consider not only a spe-cific “range” of readings, but the number and location of where they are taken.The following ranges can be used as a guideline and may help to interpret the readings:h Readings of 5%–10%, with EMC to 60% RH are usuallyconsidered “dry”.h Readings from 11%–20% with EMC to 95% are usuallyconsidered “acceptable” but should be taken with somereservation.h Readings of 20%-40% are considered “wet” and unac-ceptable.CARE OF YOUR METERTo keep your meter in good working order:h Store your meter in a clean, dry place. The safe can be anchored to a wall, floor, etc., or a M ESA Model MP-Pedestal [see M ESA S for more info].1 Choose a suitable & convenient location for your safe. Set the safe in place& locate the anchor holes provided on the safe to mark the area to bedrilled on the wall, floor, desk, etc.If bolting your safe to a wall, please ensure that the safe is resting on asupporting surface; i.e., floor, table, shelf.2 After marking the drill spots, move the safe aside and drill holes of theappropriate diameter & depth for the type of hardware being used & the mounting surface. 1520-32High Security Keyless Egress British Standard NightlatchFitting InstructionsWith the key removed, insert the cylinder pull through the door. With a pencil, markcylinder bar level with inside of surface of the door. Remove cylinder and cut the barso that it will project 6-7mm beyond the door face, i.e. beyond the pencil mark.Re-insert the cylinder and secure with (x2) large screws provided ensuring they aresunk below the door surface. Do not over tighten the bolts C At the middle mark, drilling from both sides of the door, drill a 32mm hole throughthe door. Working from the outside of the door, drill a 10mm diameter hole to adepth of 16mm at each of the two marked spots. Working from the inside of thedoor, drill a 6mm diameter hole through the door at each of the two marked spots.Countersink these two holes using a 10mm drill bit to a depth of 5mm Select desired height for lock. Select either Mounting Plate Template A (For doorhinged on the left as seen from the inside) OR Template B (For door hinged on theleft as seen from the inside). 安装 / 装配 在安装时,需要使用三个 M10 螺栓将 DN10 双向锁安装固定在设备的安装位或安装板上。 所选择的安装位置必须恰当。应保证在掩护支架缩回到最小高度时,不会与 DN10 双向锁发生 机械接触(挤压)。 在安装过程中,所有胶管都必须在松弛(非拉紧)状态和无压力状态。 如果在工作过程中使用爆炸物,则还必须使用一块盖板或者橡胶防护板对双向锁进行保护。 应将该 DN10 双向锁固定在掩护支架上的适当位置上,以确保液压缸行程不会受到影响。

注意!! 长时间不使用 DN10 双向锁之后,必须反复多次进行开关和压力测试。 管路连接 供液 DN10 双向锁的供液管路必须有 DN10 接头。 必须使用 DIN 20043 标准的 DN10 固定夹(连接锁扣)。 负载 与负载相连的胶管必须严格按照 DIN20066 第 4 部分的要求安装在支架内,以确保支架处于任 何位置时,而不会对胶管造成机械拉伸和扭曲。 在连接管道时要注意,保证阀芯处在便于操作的最佳位置。所有胶管必须在安装前,从内部进 行彻底清洁。

DN10 双向锁
DN10 双向锁由两个 DN10 二位二通阀芯、外壳以及一个用于控制这两个二位二通阀芯的控制 柱塞组成。二位二通阀芯的基本工作原理为顶锥-底座原理。当双向锁处于 0 位时,双向锁关 闭,介质的反向流动被禁止。

应对措施:

PA 和 PB 口为输入口,与压力源(泵站)相连。A 口和 B 口为输出口,与液压设备(负载)相 连。介质由压力源 PA 流向负载 A 或由压力源 PB 流向负载 B。当 PA 或 PB 口压力消失时,介质 由 A 口或 B 口向 PA 或 PB 的回流被截止。
双向锁通过特定的液压回路,利用其中一个单向阀芯的介质来驱动控制柱塞,从而解开另一个 单向阀的闭锁状态,使其阀内的介质能够向反方向流动。
