游戏中有两个很大的美国本土/墨西哥遗迹他们都和真实历史有关联的，最明显的，就是有一个关于一个骑兵在Fort Paster附近跌到地洞中的故事3。

如果没有一份有分量的创业计划书，你根本就进不了VC的门。
而每一个VC的桌子上都有堆积如山的创业计划书，所以你的机会是有限的，你面临着巨大的挑战，关键是你要能够脱颖而出。
注意：别误解我的意思，打动VC，从来就不是一份创业计划书就可以做到的事，创业计划书只能帮你打开VC的门，进门以后的事情还多得很，还要靠你的继续努力。
今天我们单讲一件事：如何写一份有分量的创业计划书去砸VC的大门。
不客气地说，相当一部分创业者过分自信，他们并不了解投资人的思维方式，以为VC都是些盲目来送银子的冤大头，只要去侃、去忽悠就能搞到钱来。
不是嘛，每天我电脑的邮箱里收到的创业计划书当中，相当一部分不外乎以下三大类型：A) 大排档类估计是在网吧里花了一刻钟完成的，寒碜到了极点，白底黑字的PPT，总共不超过10页，除掉第一页标题和最后一页“Thank You!”以外，有7页是从网上拷贝和粘帖的关于“Web 5.0将改变我们大家的生存方式......iResearch预测到2050年，中国的Web5.0市场规模将达到5000个亿......我们将成为中国Web 5.0的最大的门户......”外加一页需花5000万元钱的消费清单。
插入了创业计划书的附件之后，创业者在邮件里又补充了几句“之前没有写过创业计划书，在网上搜索了一下，说是创业计划书里面还要对公司目前的财务状况和人员构成做详细介绍，我们目前还处在筹划阶段，资金一到位，我们马上可以启动，是否下星期一上午我们可以和你面谈?”兄弟姐妹们呀，不是我不喜欢简洁的风格、不是我不愿和你们见面，只是你不给我足够的有用信息，我没法判断这个项目是不是适合我们投资，要是每个创业者写个白条过来就要立刻见面，我的办公室大概也会挤成了劳动局的上访室了，从早到晚都接待不过来。

黑人只能在特定的区域、时间活动，很多店铺是不为黑人提供服务的。
而处于矛盾焦点的黑人钢琴家刚好集齐了所有的争议，他受讨高等教育，有很高的艺术修养和造，他是很多达官贵人争相追捧的钢琴大师。
但是所谓的上流社会，并没有办法完全接受他成为一员，对待他还是像对待黑人一般，不允许他和白人公用厕所，白人餐厅不允许他用餐等。
可是作为一名黑人，他从来没有与黑人同胞生活在起过。

刚看到死亡谷的画面时，我就被那奇特的地貌给震撼到了。

大地干裂得像老人脸上深深的皱纹，纵横交错，似乎在诉说着岁月的无情。
那漫天的黄沙，在风的驱赶下，像一群没头的苍蝇到处乱窜，也许这里的风也迷失了方向吧。
我记得纪录片里有一个场景，是一只瘦弱的小动物在死亡谷中艰难地前行。

我当时就在想，它在这死亡之地能找到活路吗？也许它只是在做最后的挣扎，这个想法让我心里一阵难受。

大部分的创业者都不一定清楚，VC们是从哪里搞来这么多银子在到处乱砸的？相当一部分创业者以为，找VC就像飞去赌城拉斯维加斯度周末，和VC们在赌台上一叠叠砸钞票、玩它几把Black Jack过过瘾。
要是以为这就是找VC融钱-- 错！
其实，VC们也差不多和你们创业者那样，得时不时地到更加大的基金那里去融钱，比如“退休基金”、“教育基金”、“社保基金”......去讲故事、去讨钱，这样才能从那些巨无霸式的母基金那里搞出钱来组成各色各样的VC基金。
（“母基金”也叫“Fund to Fund”，就是“基金的基金”，或称“饭吐饭”-- 听上去真的像是吃饱了撑的。
）
你要是成功地融过几支VC基金的话，回过头来看某个企业或某个项目融资，简直就像小菜一碟。
基金“找钱”和创业者“找钱”一样，可都不像是在马路上要饭，只要厚着脸皮伸出手去，总有要到的时候。
“找钱”是一门并不深奥、但也不简单的学问。
尤其对于创业者来说，理解如何“找钱”，等于学会了一门一辈子有用的手艺。
每一个VC基金差不多都有自己的明确投资方向（电信、生物医药、互联网、太阳能）、投资阶段（早期、扩张期、晚期）、投资规模、投资项目数额等。
VC基金上游的投资人(如母基金)，大部分是更大更严格更专业的投资机构，他们对每个VC基金合伙人背景、业绩表现、投资回报等都有严格的要求和监管。
当你明白了VC“找钱”并不容易，就不会相信VC可以乱砸钱乱烧钱，他们哪里有那个胆子？！要是一个VC的回报不好，年回报率达不到30%的话，这个VC 恐怕来年只能回家去种红薯了......哀哉，如果是这样，咱创业者弟兄们也就又少了一条资金的来路。
弟兄们，还是相互体谅一些吧，VC们对创业者捡瘦挑肥、嫌这嫌那吧......你们知道吗，VC基金的投资者对VC管理团队一样捡瘦挑肥，管这管那，一样在鸡蛋里面挑骨头......每一个VC，包括我，都得和你一样脱光了裤子在投资人面前画押保证，要为投资人扛回一箱箱的金砖......创业者后头有VC盯着、VC后面也有基金投资人盯着，可谓是螳螂捕蝉，黄雀在后，做VC并不容易。
创业者们呢......也是形形色色的，各有各的目的，其中鱼目混珠的也大有人在。
有人创业是为了改变命运创造财富，有人创业是为了体会一下自己当老板的滋味儿，有人为了人类的文明与进步，有人为了忽悠些VC的银子来过把瘾就死......但是VC的目的只有一个：赚钱，大大的赚钱。
VC不是公益组织、不是政府补贴、不是失业救济金......VC是彻头彻尾的资本主义，赚钱是他们至高无上的唯一目的。
因此，为了要达到大大赚钱的目的，VC就要找到有高速爆发增长的新领域和优秀得不能再优秀的团队，给他们足够的粮草弹药，让他们吃饱了撑得个个腰圆膀粗，这样才好让他们以光的速度在竞争对手还没有来得及反应过来的时候，跑到终点，抱回来大大的元宝。
在这场抢元宝的奥运赛中，VC就像运动员们的教练米卢，马俊仁或刘国梁那样，他们风格、方法大相厅径，各有各的套路，但衡量标准只有一个：抱回多少块金牌，赚回多少钱来。
大家都知道，培养奥运冠军，要从小抓起。
等你长到二十五岁了再去参加奥运训练，
你恐怕连预赛出现的可能都很小。
但是，在你5、6岁时就选拔你去进行奥运培养，这需要有多少远见？多少时间、财力和精力上的风险投资？创业投资也是一样，要想有高回报，必须投资早期的公司。
Apple最早天使投资者的回报是1700倍，Google天使投资做到了3000倍！
但是，投资早期的创业公司自然风险也高，差不多一半的创业公司会在两年以内死去，死亡原因多不外乎：
1）团队没有足够的生存经验（包括团队的道德风险）
2）Idea不能兑现
3）找不到客户
4）找不到后续投资人
5）现金流中断
其实，这五个风险因素的核心全都是团队风险，也就是“人的风险”。
团队没有经验、没有充分准备怎么就去冒险创业？Idea没想好、没想透就动手干还能不遭遇到失败？找不到客户是你的产品不行还是你的销售能力不行？找不到投资人是你根本没有投资人的资源、融资的知识、还是明天公司就揭不开锅了但你今晚还在漫天叫价？现金流中断其实还不是综合的管理能力出了问题，总之，统统都是“人”出了问题。
所以，我们把早期的创业阶段称之为“死亡谷”，投资早期的公司，等于在“死亡谷”里跳蹦极。
为了赚取暴利而盲目跳了下去，非常可能摔个粉身碎骨。
投资早期创业公司的VC，无异于和魔鬼和死神打交道的人们。
解释一下这张图。
纵轴：收入的增加
横轴：创业行军的时间延伸
“创业起跑点”开始下滑然后逐渐往上爬直到“IPO”的曲线：创业公司的成长轨迹
红色的、标有A、B、C、D、E的阶梯：创业企业在IPO前要经过的融资阶段，A轮、B轮、C轮、D轮、 E轮......有些企业经过两、三轮融资就上市了，有的四、五轮钱进来了以后还在为生存和前途担忧和挣扎。
创业者们，注意千万不要被误导了：ABCDE 五轮融资不等于100万+300万+800万+2000万+4000万=IPO！！！每一轮融资都有其相对应的企业价值！光是钱不代表企业价值，一家公司注册资金2个亿，但没有任何产品、收入、利润和现金流，这家公司可以IPO吗？
“死亡谷”：创业企业从起步到产生收入的阶段。
瞧，收入对一个创业企业来说是多么的重要！
早期/种子期：（天使 /VC）
这是一个企业的洪荒时期，无论有多么伟大的抱负和愿景，都是空穴来风，天晓得能不能变成现实？有人掏钱来支持你创业，管它是几分钱、几块钱、还是十万百万，其境界和去贵州、去青海支助希望小学一样高尚，否则怎么会称他们为“天使”呢？没有创业者、没有人支持创业，国家不会富强，国家没有希望。
成长期：（VC/PE）
创业公司产生了收入，公司的模式被证实有市场价值的，就像一个孩子开始进入了发育阶段，要多买些好吃的，让他们能吃得多、长得快。
扩张期：（PE）
出色的创业企业，就像这孩子长得像姚明，14、15岁个子已经1米98，弹跳2米，那身体的机灵劲儿也没话说，盖帽儿了！这孩子绝对是进火箭队放IPO的料，需要大钱来发力，比如花钱收购和兼并竞争对手，要让这企业迅速成为行业领袖！
IPO：这不用解释，满街的大妈大爷都明白。
弟兄们，作为一个从创业者蜕变而来的VC，今天咱和你们说说心里话。
我生性喜欢挑战，曾经在创业的枪林弹雨里出生入死......我向投资人们发过誓要帮他们赚回大大的钱，还把自己的毕生的信誉、外加所有的时间、精力、未来也全部压了进去，募集了创业基金来支持你们......我岂敢去胡乱砸钱，岂敢任凭你过把瘾就死？！
早期的创业投资是在“死亡谷”里蹦极。
这里需要的是经验、勇气、智慧、专注、资源......岂止是钱？！创业者们，有种的，想好了、想透了就站出来，让我陪你在“死亡谷”里玩蹦极吧。
鱼目混珠的，没胆子的，别来这儿瞎凑热闹、一边歇歇去吧。
真正的创业者是稀有动物，他们有可能要摔死的，成功的只是少数。
千万不要忽悠我，别把我也给摔了......
借用《泰坦尼克号》来结尾吧：那个画家对准备跳海的罗丝说：“我看你不敢跳，瞧那冰冷冰冷的海水......你根本不知道它有多么冷，它顷刻间会把你变成冰人......我看你不敢跳， You jump, I jump！”（你跳我也跳！）
创业者们，千万别忽悠我，我最怕的是我们说好一起跳，结果我跳下去了你没跳！
