飞行记录本常用语
1．经检查XXX存在故障，更换XXX后，按维护手册要求，通电（试车）试验（检查）正常。

P/N：XXX全新（可用）；S/N：上：XXX，下：XXX；ATA：XX-XX；工作者：XX；检查者（检验者）：XX；地点：XX；日期：XX。

Upon check, fault was found in XXX. After replacing XXX, powered(test run)test(inspection) per Maintenance Manual is normal. P/N XXX brand new(rotable):S/N: installed: XXX, removed: XXX; ATA:XX-XX; Worker: XX; Inspector: XX; Station: XX; Data:XX.
2．更换XXX,测试未做。

XXX replaced without test.
3．为判断此故障，地面本机对调XX（与XX飞机对调、左/右发动机对调），按维护手册要求，通电（试车）试验（检查）正常。

To identify the failure, XX was swapped on ground (from XX aircraft, swapped from Left/Right engine). powered(test run)test(inspection) per Maintenance Manual is normal.
4．完成工程指令XX，标题：XX。

检查件号为XX、序号为XX。

5．按XXX号工作指令单的要求完成工程指令的XXX项工作，工程指令编号：XX 名称：XX。

6．地面检查发现XX故障（漏油、余油超标、无引气压力、滑油压力低、燃油压力高、液压无指示、轮压指示摆动、不工作、信号弱、打不开、收不上、放不下、卡阻、损坏、漏水、有故障代码、跳开关跳出、差值超标）。

XX failure(fuel/oil leakage, drained fuel/oil excess limit, no bleed pressure, oil pressure low, fuel pressure high, no hydraulic indication, tire pressure indication swing, inoperative, low signal, fail to open, fail to retract, fail to extend, jam, damage, water leakage, fault code appear, circuit breaker pop-up, Δ value excess limit) was found by ground check.
7．地面检查发现前轮（主轮、刹车毂）磨损到标准。

Nose wheel (main wheel, brake) worn to limit was found by ground check.
8．地面检查发现前轮（主轮）刺伤超标。

Nose wheel (main wheel) stab to limit was found by ground check.
9．地面检查发现发动机（APU）起动不起来（起动慢）。

Engine (APU) fail to start(start slow) was found by ground check.
10．地面做XX测试不通过（测量XX间隙超标）。

XX test failed on ground check.( XX clearance exceed limit upon ground measuring)
11．因航材无件（排故时间不足、无设备），且该故障符合MEL（CDL）XX-XX，已办理（续办）故障保留XX天（小时、航段），请机组按MEL（CDL）相关要求执行。

Since there is no spare part( no enough trouble-shooting time, no applicable facility), and the failure complied with MEL(CDL) XX-XX, deferred failure was applied(renewed) for XX days(hours, flights). Flight crew should perform the operation procedure according to related MEL(CDL) requirement.
12．X月X日反映的XX故障，因航材到货，（停场）更换XX后，按维护手册要求，通电（试车）试验（检查）正常，撤消故障保留。

Since the spare part arrived, XX failure dated on XX was solved by XX replacement(while AOG). Powered(test run)test(inspection) per Maintenance Manual is normal and the related deferred failure item is cancelled.
13．航后/定检完成非例行工作卡XX，标题：XX。

按要求检查正常。

The non-scheduled job card XX is accomplished by post-flight/Scheduled check. Title: XX. Inspection is normal per related requirement.
14．调节（更换、重新安装、重置跳开关）XXX后，通电测试（检查）正常。

After adjustment (replacement, reinstallation, reset circuit breaker) of XXX, Powered(test run)test(inspection) is normal.
15．拧紧螺栓（螺帽）后，检查正常。

Inspection is normal after tighten bolt (net).
16．航材无件，待来件后更换。

Since no spare part available, it will be replaced upon spare arrival.
17．做临时处理可以使用，待航后（停场时）彻底排除。

It can be used after temporary treatment, and will be thoroughly solved after post-flight( while AOG).
18．请示南航（东航/新疆航）机务，符合MEL（按传真内容进行维护处理/不影响飞行），可以继续飞行，经南航（东航/新疆航）机务同意，放行飞机。

After application to CHINA SOUTHERN ( CHINA EASTEN/ CHINA XINJIANG) maintenance apartment, the aircraft is regarded as in accordance with MEL( After treated according to the content of FAX dated XX/no influence to flight) and can go on flight. After approval from CHINA SOUTHERN ( CHINA EASTEN/ CHINA XINJIANG) maintenance apartment, the aircraft is cleared to dispatch.。
