理想的冷媒化学特性

R32与R410A的循环特性对比研究2007年9月,《蒙特利尔议定书》第19次缔约方会议在加拿大蒙特利尔召开,会议讨论通过多项决定,其中包括关于加速逐步淘汰氢氯氟烃(HCFC)的第XIX/6号决定,要求缔约方在选择HCFC替代物时优先考虑的原则是:首先逐步淘汰那些ODP值较高的HCFC,其次要选用GWP 值最小的工质作替代品,并同时能满足健康和安全等的要求。

目前,日本、美国主要采用R410A(ODP值为零)作为R22的过渡性替代制冷剂,国内制冷空调企业也在加快推出R410A新产品,但R410A的GWP值较高(2100),这与当下全球节能减排目标尚有差距,依然需要探索与R410A热力性能相当且GWP值较低的替代制冷剂。

在这种形势下,作为R410A制冷剂一个组元的R32逐渐得到国内学者及业内人士的关注。

根据现有研究资料可知R32具有与R410A非常相近的热力性能,泄漏时的相对CO2排放当量为405,与R22相比CO2减排比例可达77.6%,符合美国环保局(2009年)在家用、商用空调部分提出减排CO2 50%~90%的措施,而R410A减排CO2仅为2.5%[2]。

本文着重对目前应用较多的环保型制冷剂R410A及具有更好环境效益的R32的循环特性进行理论对比分析和实验研究,并指出应用R32作为制冷剂时客观存在的问题。

1、 R32与R410A的基本特性分析众所周知,R410A是由R32与R125按照质量百分比1:1混合而成,这就决定了R32与R410A 在各项特性方面具有相近性。

表1列出了R32与R410A在热物性、环保特性及安全性等方面的关键参数[2,3]。

对比分析下表1中的数据不难看出,在热物理性质方面,R32的摩尔质量是R410A的0.71倍,根据充注量与摩尔质量大体上成正比关系,可知R32充注量可减少,仅为R410A的0.71倍;R32的沸点与R410A很接近,而其临界温度和临界压力比R410A偏高。

3.2 哪些气体可以破坏臭氧层?
• 臭氧层在氯原子,氟原子和溴原子附近会被毁坏。 这些元素含在很稳定的氟氯烃(如氟里昂)中。这些 气体分子升到平流层,在紫外线照射之后,分解成 各种单元素气体,破坏臭氧。这些气体比空气重, 最终会降落到地球表面,和有机物质反应之后被吸 收。但是在平流层已经破坏了很多臭氧。氯气破坏 性最大,可以破坏它十万倍的臭氧。

3.1 臭氧层被破坏的危害
• 1.会影响人类的健康。 臭氧层被破坏后,其吸收紫外线 的能力大大降低,使得人类接受过量紫外线辐射的机会大 大增加了。一方面,过量的紫外线辐射会破坏人的免疫系 统,使人的自身免疫系统出现障碍,患呼吸道系统传染性 疾病的人数大量增加;另一方面,过量的紫外线辐射会增 加皮肤癌的发病率。据统计,全世界范围内每年大约有10 万人死于皮肤癌,大多数病例与过量紫外线辐射有关。臭 氧层的臭氧每损耗1%,皮肤癌的发病率就会增加 2%。 另外,过量紫外线辐射还会诱发各种眼科疾病,如白内障、 角膜肿瘤等。 • 2. 会影响农作物的生产。 实验表明,过量的紫外线辐射 会使植物叶片变小,减少了植物进行光合作用的面积,从 而影响作物的产量同时,过量紫外线辐射还会影响到部分 农作物种子的质量,使农作物更易受杂草和病虫害的损害。 一项对大豆的初步研究表明,臭氧层厚度减少25%,大豆 将会减产20%-25%。
四、氟里昂从环保角度的分类 Ⅰ
• 卤代烃(氟里昂)是链状饱和碳氢化合物的氟、 氯、溴衍生物的总称。可以分为八类: ① 全卤代烃-PFCs,碳氢化合物中氢原子被氟 置换,具有无毒不燃的性质,结构稳定,不易 分解,对臭氧层不产生影响。如CF4、C2F6等。
② 氯氟烃-CFCs,碳氢化合物中氢全被氯和氟 置换,在紫外线照射下分解出氯原子;如R11, R12等。 ③ 氢氯氟烃-HCFCs,碳氢化合物中氢部分被氯 和氟置换,如R22等。对臭氧层仍有一定的破坏, 只能作为过渡性物质,限期使用。

理想冷媒特性
冷理想的冷媒物理特性 1.蒸发压力要高 若冷媒之蒸发压力低於大气压力时,则空气易侵入系统,系统处理上较为困难, 因此希望冷媒在低温蒸发时,其蒸发压力可高於大气压力。 2.蒸发潜热要大 冷媒之蒸发潜热大,表示使用较少的冷媒便可以吸收大量的热量。 3.临界温度要高 临界温度高,表示冷媒凝结温度高,则可以用常温的空气或水来冷却冷媒而 达到凝结液化的作用。 4.冷凝压力要低 冷凝压力低,表示用较低压力即可将冷媒液化,压缩机之压缩比小,可节省 压缩机之马力。 5.凝固温度要低 冷媒之凝固点要低,否则冷媒在蒸发器内冻结而无法循环。 6.气态冷媒之比容积要小 气态冷媒之比容积愈小愈好,则压缩机之容积可缩小使成本降低,且吸气管 及排气管可以用较小的冷媒配管。 7.液态冷媒之密度要高 液态冷媒之密度愈高,则液管可用较小的配管。 8.可溶於冷冻油,则系统不必装油分离器

冷媒的分类
1、无机化合物 属于无机化合物的制冷剂有氨、水、二氧化碳等。 无机化合物的序号以700表示,化合物的分子量(取整数部分) 加上700就是该制冷剂的编号。例如氨(NH3)分子量的整数部 分为17,其编号为R-717。水和二氧化碳的编号分别为R-718和 R-744 2、碳氟化合物 包括CFC、HCFC、HFC等 3、碳氢化合物 包括饱和碳氢化合物(甲烷、乙烷等)和非饱和 碳氢化合物(乙烯、丙烯等)。 4、混合制冷剂

从计算结果可以看出,与采用其他3种制冷剂的系统对比,采用R 32制冷剂的系统具有较低的压缩比,较高的理论CO P 以及容积制热量;在当前阶段,R 32是用于空气源热泵热水器的一种较好的制冷剂。

1、临界点K和饱和曲线 临界点K为两根粗实线的交点。在该点,制冷 剂的液态和气态差别消失。 K点左边的粗实线Ka为饱和液体线,在Ka线 上任意一点的状态,均是相应压力的饱和液体;K 点的右边粗实线Kb为饱和蒸气线,在Kb线上任意 一点的状态均为饱和蒸气状态,或称干蒸气。 2、 三个状态区 Ka左侧——过冷液体区,该区域内的制冷剂 温度低于同压力下的饱和温度; Kb右侧——过热蒸气区,该区域内的蒸气温 度高于同压力下的饱和温度; Ka和Kb之间——湿蒸气区,即气液共存区。 该区内制冷剂处于饱和状态,压力和温度为一一 对应关系。

单级理论循环制冷系数0是分析理论制冷循环 的一个重要指标。制冷系数不但与循环的高温 热源、低温热源有关,还与制冷剂的种类有关。 在制冷机工作温度给定的情况下,制冷系数越 大,则经济性越高。




(5)等容线:图上自左向右稍向上弯曲的虚 线为等比容线。与等熵线比较,等比容线要平 坦些。制冷机中常用等比容线查取制冷压缩机 吸气点的比容值。 (6)等干度线:从临界点K出发,把湿 蒸气区各相同的干度点连接而成的线为等干度 线。它只存在与湿蒸气区。 上述六个状态参数(p、t、v、x、h、s) 中,只要知道其中任意两个状态参数值,就可 确定制冷剂的热力状态。在lgp-h图上确定其 状态点,可查取该点的其余四个状态参数





在制冷机中,蒸发与冷凝过程主要在湿蒸气区进 行,压缩过程则是在过热蒸气区内进行。 3、六 组等参数线 制冷剂的压-焓(LgP-E)图中共有八种线条: 等压线P(LgP) 等焓线(Enthalpy) 饱和液体 线(Saturated Liquid) 等熵线(Entropy) 等容线(Volume) 干饱和蒸汽线 (Saturated Vapor) 等干度线(Quality) 等温线 (Temperature) (1)等压线:图上与横坐标轴相平行的水 平细实线均是等压线,同一水平线的压力均相等。
