前言

本指导书根据贵州大学土木工程学院桥梁专业《公路小桥涵勘测设计》实习大纲编写,学生按照本指导书的要求并结合实习基地的具体情况,完成本课程的实践环节。生产实习的主要目的是将书本中学习过的知识应用于实践,并在实践中不断提高,故要求同学们认真对待,并将在实践中取得的成果写成总结(或专题)。通过实习,将书本上的小桥涵设计的基本概念与实际融会贯通,熟悉桥涵的位置选择、测量、水文勘测、地质调查的过程。

一、实习的性质与目的

本实习为《公路小桥涵勘测设计》课程的教学实习。目的是验证课堂理论,熟悉怎么去选择桥涵的位置,如何根据水文地质来确定桥型以及施工方案,了解桥涵的构造等,熟悉桥涵的施工方法。同时通过参加实习单位或老师安排的专题的调查研究,培养学生独立进行勘测设计的能力,为将来的工作打下良好基础。

二、实习的时间分配

实习教学工作内容起止时间教学工作目标、要求

1 实习准备工作准备好有关实习的一切材料、工具,联系好各组实习地点。

2 校外参观

听导师实地讲解,做好笔记,写好每天的实习日记。

3 撰写实习报告

把实习期间所见所闻以及学习到的知识记录下来。

4 实习成绩评定结束评定并上交成绩。

四、实习内容安排与要求

每班分为若干小组,8人为一组,以小组为单位领取安全帽,实习日记本等工具。

项目一:小桥涵的位置选择

熟悉择位原则,根据桥涵用途、结合线路平、纵面和水文、地形、地质的条件,以及道路等综合因素考虑确定。为什么这些大桥要在这里选址?

项目二:小桥涵的结构种类形式

在不同地质、水文、用途等的情况下,能选用的桥型也是不一定的,选用的桥型不一样,那么设计、施工、造价等等都会很大差别。听老师解说每种桥型的适用条件和特点,因地制宜的分析什么情况下用什么桥型。

项目三:小桥涵工程的施工方案

参观在建的桥梁,研究桥涵各部分的施工方法,了解各个机械的作用。熟悉各个方案和机械的适用条件及优缺点。
