Dear Sir/Madam，亲爱的先生/女士，

I am writing to you to complain about the CD Player which I bought in your store in January．After only two days，things started to go wrong．我正写信给你投诉一月份在你们店里买的CD播放机。仅仅两天后，东西就出问题了。
