摘要

化工原理课程设计是理论联系实际的桥梁,是进行体察工程实际问题复杂性的初次尝试。通过化工原理课程设计,达到综合运用化工原理课程的基本知识,基本原理和基本计算,进行融会贯通、独立思考,在规定的时间内完成指定的化工单元操作设计任务,具有初步进行工程设计的能力;达到熟悉工程设计的基本内容,掌握化工单元操作设计的主要程序和方法;提高和进一步培养分析和解决工程实际问题的能力。此设计为釜残液冷却剂的初步设计,是一钟列管式换热器,能将釜残液从高温冷却到适当温度,釜残液走管程,冷却剂走壳程。随着化学工业发展及能源价格的提高,换热器在化工生产中占有很重要的地位。列管式换热器的优点是单位传热面积大,结构紧凑,紧固传热效果好,能用多种材料,价格低廉。根据以往生产资料作为设计的数据,并进行计算,从而确定具体型号。并用AutoCAD绘制平面布置图,主要配置装配图及收回控制点的工艺流程图,最终完成设计说明书。

Abstract

This design as the kettle surface residue is agent of preliminary design, is a shell and tube heat exchanger, clock can be cooling to the appropriate temperature, the residual liquid from the hot kettle residual liquid tube side, the shell side of the coolant walk. With the development of chemical industry and the increase in the price of energy, heat exchanger occupies very important position in the chemical production. Shell and tube heat exchanger is a heat transfer area is large, the advantages of compact structure, tighten the heat transfer effect is good, can use a variety of materials, low prices. Based on previous production as a design of data and calculation, to determine the specific type. Assembly drawing with AutoCAD drawing layout, the main configuration and take back the control points of process flow diagram, finally complete the design specification.
