SWOT分析的步骤: 1、罗列企业的优势和劣势,可能的机会与威胁。
2、优势、劣势与机会、威胁相组合,形成SO、ST、WO、WT策略。
3、对SO、ST、WO、WT策略进行甄别和选择,确定企业目前应该采取的具体战略与策略。
SWOT矩阵:优势劣势机会 so战略(增长性战略) wo战略(扭转型战略)威胁 st战略(多种经营战略)wt战略(防御型战略)竞争优势(S)是指一个企业超越其竞争对手的能力,或者指公司所特有的能提高公司竞争力的东西。
例如,当两个企业处在同一市场或者说它们都有能力向同一顾客群体提供产品和服务时,如果其中一个企业有更高的赢利率或赢利潜力,那么,我们就认为这个企业比另外一个企业更具有竞争优势。
公司管理者应当确认每一个机会,评价每一个机会的成长和利润前景,选取那些可与公司财务和组织资源匹配、使公司获得的竞争优势的潜力最大的最佳机会。
潜在的发展机会可能是:●客户群的扩大趋势或产品细分市场●技能技术向新产品新业务转移,为更大客户群服务●前向或后向整合●市场进入壁垒降低●获得购并竞争对手的能力●市场需求增长强劲,可快速扩张●出现向其他地理区域扩张,扩大市场份额的机会危及公司的外部威胁(T):在公司的外部环境中,总是存在某些对公司的盈利能力和市场地位构成威胁的因素。
如产品是否新颖,制造工艺是否复杂,销售渠道是否畅通,价格是否具有竞争性等。
如果一个企业在某一方面或几个方面的优势正是该行业企业应具备的关键成功因素,那么,该企业的综合竞争优势也许就强一些。
需要指出的是,衡量一个企业及其产品是否具有竞争优势,只能站在现有潜在用户角度上,而不是站在企业的角度上。
