听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。
听力分占了有三十分，有学生一道题错，十分就扣了。
二、每周回家后让孩子大声说英语家长要留出20分钟左右时间听孩子读读英语，不管你懂不懂英语。
我们要鼓励
孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。
三、请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。

一、各位家长，大家好！
感谢你们能从百忙之中抽出时间来参加我们今天的家
长会。
借这次期中考试，我们召开这个家长会，主要目的也是希望家长们多了解孩子在校表现，加强你们和学校之间的联系，让孩子学得更好，成长得更好。
教育是我们老师应尽
的义务，但也离不开你们的支持和配合。
二、考试方面
大了讲，先给大家简单介绍一下中考改革后的各科目考试情况：
1）.中考总共考13科，总分600分。
语数外：每门120分。
物理：80%
化学：50%
体育：50%
历史、思想品德、地理、生物、信息技术：合格--10分；不合格的乘以10%；音乐、美术：A.优秀；b.良好；c.合格记5分；
D.不合格p.补考合格不计分。
小了讲，祥和实行月考制。
每学期总共会有五次考试：10月初第一次月考,11月期中考，12月初第三次月考，一月初第四次月考，也就是期末考前的复习考试，最后一次是1月中旬的期末考试。
三、面临的一些问题：
1）、偏科：凭兴趣学。
学科增多，有的孩子应接不暇，忙了这门忙那门，今天这个老师批评了就忙这门，明天那个老师批评了就忙那门，这样被动学习的结果可想而知。
在开始就多强调下让孩子正确对待每一门，一门不能落下。
尤其像我们这样的班级，男生多，这对英语学科是一个大挑战，对孩子自身也是挑战，孩子天性就是贪玩的，英语作为一门语言，首先没有语言环境，其次要记要背的内容很多。
所以部分同学就开始厌学甚至直接放弃。
2）、两级分化严重
由于学习的科目内容多，进度快，难度又大，才经过两个多月的学习，学
生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。
一些好的学生学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，形成了良性循环的好势头。
而一部分学习意识和自觉性较差的学生已经跟不上。
期中考的成绩前个周就已出来了，这个势头不仅是我们班我们学校，整个的情况也会是这样的。
所以发现自己孩子学习已经跟不上的家长也不要给孩子太大压力，骂或者打解决不了问题，我们应该合作起来找到解决的办法。
四、面对这样的状况，我对在座的各位家长可以这样做：
1.让学生多听录音
我们要创造条件让孩子多听，多听单词，多听课文，跟着说，跟着读。
2.让孩子多读多背课文。
建议每天留出20分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管后一天有无英语早读。
我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话
3.多记单词。
