But when I decided to start the comparison of the presentations, a book came into my mind at once. It comes from my favorite author Murakami Haruki (村上春树), and the book’s name is What I Talk About When I Talk About Running.There are so many similarities between giving a presentation and running described in the book. For instance, in the book, it says in the first seldom years, when finishing a long-distance running, the only thought of the author is that I have finished a big task and would not have to run now. The thought is the same when we finished a big presentation.Because of the similarities, the aim of my passage is alike the book, which is to have an introspection of giving a presentation.I used to talk about how to get a job with an HR of a big company. His answer is that if you know how to give a presentation, you must get a job. Another thing reminds me the value of giving presentations is that some local government paid more than 1 million Yuan to the professor for a 30 minutes’presentation. As a student, I have to give more than 5 presentations one semester. That is not a relative high number compared with other academies, but it surely occupies a big part of our study.But why we have to give so many presentations? In other words, what’s the meaning of giving a presentation?I will mention the book What I Talk About When I Talk About Running again. In the book, when talking about what is running, the author’s response is that running is a competition. But although we have other competitors, we are not contending with them, we are contending with ourselves. Except professional runners, most attenders of marathon don’t care about their ranks that much, whether they have finished and the time they spend valued more than the rank. On one hand, the theory may also be suitable to giving a presentation. We surely have competitors, but we compete with ourselves most. On the other hand, there are differences too. When we are giving a presentation, the audience is very important. So in a conclusion, there are two main points of giving a presentation, one is to help ourselves learning something or thinking something. The other is to help our audience learning something or thinking something.Now, it comes to our presentation about relationships. As a member of group 1, when receiving the topic, the first question we are facing is what relationships we shall talk about. One choose is love, it’s common, and the audiences must be interesting in the topic. But it’s too difficult for us to describe this contrite thing. And after excluding love, we find that all the members in our group have faced problems on relationships during the college. The relationships in college are close to us, and it’s important. We find that when we are dealing with the relationships in college, it issalutary for us while the audiences can get a lot of benefits. That is our thought of choosing topic. But our presentation is too simple and obvious. We want to cover all aspects of relationships, but we have 40 minutes only. When the time was divided into 3 parts, with professor, parent and classmate, we have little time. Maybe it is good for us narrow down the topic and dig up the topic. Group 2choose love only, but love is not a small topic. Love contains a lot of things and it varies from different times and different people. They use time as the clue to give their presentation, but in that way, the last part homosexual seems to be confused and not logical. In my opinion, when we are given a large topic, surely we have a lot of choices. But having more choices are not always a good thing, we should restrict ourselves and sift out the redundant things. The principle to sift out has two sides, on one hand, we should choose the topic we really know or really have words to say. On the other hand, we should choose the topic our audience are interested in or can get real benefits. By strictly sifting out the redundant things, we have a little topic, and then we enrich the topic with examples, data and stories. In that way, we can have a topic with depth.And then it comes to how to give the presentation. Because the final aim of giving the presentation is to let our audience know what we want to express, and the audience have less background and thoughts on the topic, so we must make the presentation in an easy way. We have limitingconditions, one is we have 40 minutes only, and the other is that we have 5 people in a group and each of the people in the group must show himself in the presentation. So the first choice is we giving the presentation one by one, but in the way, there must be some really good joints. Group 2 give the presentation one by one without the joint, thus their presentation seems turbid and not logical. Because of the chaos, we can’t catch up with them. Although they have a lot of examples and pictures to help illustrating their ideas, I get very little from their presentation. Our group uses a play to connect the presentation, but we pay too much attention on the play. In the play, we can’t use the picture, and can seldom use examples. So we can’t express our thought in the play totally. But the play lasts for 20 minutes, and the rest of the time is not enough for us to give a good illustration of our thought. But in my opinion, using something, a play for example, to connect parts of the presentation is a good choice, and the following groups all do their presentation in this way.In conclusion, to give a better presentation, we must know that, the aim of the presentation is to express the thought to the audience while clear up our own mind. When preparing the presentation, we should read more, think more, and write more. And that is the real meaning of giving a presentation.。

In ancient China, women are severely discriminated. And now this kind of discrimination is not that obvious but in rural, this phenomenon still exists. As far as I know, some rural families just threw their baby away if it was a girl. Others may sell their daughter to some terrible place. So here comes our topic. We will talk about whether the government should provide financial incentives to rural families who bear and raise daughters for any kind of purpose.I am Evelyn, I will be on the affirmative side. So here we starts.Now I am the first affirmative.I persist that China should provide financial incentives to rural families who bear and raise daughters.My first point is that this policy can weaken the concept that boys are superior to girls. This conclusion can be drawn by analyzing the two reason why daughters are not as favorable as sons in rural China. First, boys can bring in more incomes and help raise the family. Typical rural families make their livings mainly by physical labor, such as cultivating and building. As men are physically stronger than women, it’s commonly believed that men are more capable of earning money. Rural families usually lead a needy life, and gainings are primary to them. So in this instance, most families would rather a boy than a girl. Secondly, boys can support their old parents while girls usually can not. It’s a long-lasting tradition that when a girl gets married, she has to live in and care for her husband’s family, instead of herself’s. For parents who only have daughters, they have to take care of themselves when they grow old. To make things worse, the pension scheme in China is far from mature and old people in rural usually have no source of income. So parents without a son may spend their later life in a lonely and poor way. And that’s why most parents feel it necessary to raise at least one son. Take these two reasons into consideration, no wonder some parents even think that raising a daughter is a huge burden to them. It’s not these families don’t like girls, it’s life that pushed them to think this way. But these problems can be solved by financial incentives. Once these practical living problems are solved, these parents will be more than happy to raise a daughter. And the concept that boys are superior to girls will be shaken to some extent.My second point is about the tragedies caused by child gender discrimination. Girls in rural district really suffer a lot from the deep rooted discrimination that they are desperate for help. I’d like to ask a question, do you know what percentage of abandoned babies in China every year are girls? 99%. And according to official statistics,the reason why boys are abandoned is they’re disabled or born with some kind of deadly disease. But the majority of the abandoned girls are healthy. That is to say, they are abandoned simply because they are girls. It’s horrible. But fortunately, these kind of things are less and less common nowadays. However, problems still exist, in both countryside and cities, that some parents do not value their daughter as much as their son. Many families choose to have a second child after their first child turned out to be a girl. Although it’s sometimes against the one child policy in China. If they are lucky, their second childwould be a boy as they wanted. Then the boy would become the apple of the parents’eyes, while the elder daughter is suspected to give ground in every aspect. And the simple thought that my son is more important than my daughter, can change the girl’s whole life. Men and women are equal, and girls should not be treated in such a cruel way. So from this perspective, I strongly support the idea that financial incentives be provided to rural families who bear and raise daughters. At least, this policy will remind them the fact that their daughters are of same importance and they should be treated much better.First, I want to emphasize that this gender discrimination is cause by the national condition and can’t be changed in a short period of time. But still, when both the brother and the sister wanted to buy some extra books, her parents always satisfied the brother’s needs first. Even when she was busy preparing for the college entrance examination, her parents would ask her to help her brother with his study. She was quite upset, and she told me that what her parents cared about was her brother’s future and career and they just expected her to be a housewife. I think it’s so unfair. She could have had a brighter future, but her whole life had to give way to her brother. So have she done anything wrong? No. If there indeed is something wrong, it will be that she is who she is. 一、PRE模式的含义及模型架构想要改变学生英语浅层学习的现状,就要以真实情境问题的解决为驱动,来促进学生的主动参与、学习体验、思维训练和合作探究;注重课内和课外、个人自学和同伴合作、教师指导和学生参与相结合,来提升学生综合能力的发展。

(一)PRE模式的意蕴PRE是“准备(Prepare)、研学(Research study)、拓展(Expand)”三个英文单词的缩写,是一种以先学任务为诱导、学生提出疑问形成思考、并在教师的指导下以小组为单位进行文本研读、学习相关知识并找到问题解决的方法、从而在真实情境中以项目化形式加以迁移运用的模式———小学生英语深度学习的新样态李孝燕(平湖市南市学校,浙江嘉兴314200)摘要:深度学习作为一种重要的学习理念和学习方式,给小学英语学习带来新的思考。

The second advantage of acupuncture anesthesia is its wide adaptability. You can apply to any kind of surgeries especially the heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, drug allergy, aging and not as drug cases can be treated with acupuncture anesthesia.
Third, the patient is in a state of wakefulness. So it is much easier for doctors to judge the patient’s condition to improve the success rate of surgery.

针刺麻醉的特点
1. 安全、无副反应自1958年针刺麻醉问世以来,已进行了数百万例针麻手术,尚未见到有因针麻这一方法本身造成意外者。

根据上海地区25万余例针麻手术病例统计,无1例因针麻而造成死亡的事故。

针麻对机体各器官系统无不良副反应,因此可以避免因用药引起的医源性疾病和因操作失误或用药过量而遭致的意外。

同时由于针刺对机体各器官系统的功能具有调整作用,因此还可提高某些手术的安全度,如药麻心脏手术中,特别是心内直视手术,严重的心律失常是常见的,而针麻体外循环心脏直视手术出现严重心律失常较少,而且采用一般治疗方法都可纠正,从而提高了心脏直视手术的安全性。

2.适用范围广一般来说,针刺麻醉可应用于各种外科手术,特别是心、肝、肾功能不全、药物过敏、年老体衰而不能施行药物麻醉的病例可以采用针麻。

某些气管内肿瘤患者因不能做气管插管而不能施行药物麻醉,也可选用针刺麻醉。

3.患者处于清醒状态,便于同医生配合针麻本身不影响人的意识过程,可使患者保持清醒状态,对于手术过程中需要及时查看其感觉或运动功能状态的患者来说是十分有利的。

以直径3cm以上的听神经瘤手术为例,针麻面神经保留率为80%,全麻保留率仅有53.30%,针麻面神经保留率较高是与针麻保持患者清醒和便于手术中及时检查面神经是否受累有关。

在新喉再造术中,针麻优良率达到95%,发音功能、吞咽功能的成功率达100%,在大脑功能区及深部肿瘤中,针麻成功率达到98%。

4.术中生理扰乱较轻,术后恢复较快针麻对机体的循环、消化呼吸、免疫等各种功能具有双向性、良性的调整作用,因此术中血压、脉搏、呼吸一般都较平稳,术后很少发生药物麻醉通常出现的后遗症。

在肾移植手术中,针药复合麻醉优良率为88%,由于手术中有效地减少了麻醉药对循环和呼吸功能的影响,术后泌尿时间明显提前。

针刺麻醉针麻的缺陷
研究表明针刺并不能完全达到临床麻醉的要求,尚有以下几方面的缺陷:①麻醉不全;②不能完全抑制内脏反应;③个体差异较大。

但是,针麻在一些手术中所体现的优势却是不可否认的。

所以,针麻依然是临床麻醉的有效方法之一。
