实验原理:乳液聚合一般是在有乳化剂存在的水体系中进行的聚合反应。

用水溶性引发剂引发聚合,乳化剂多数用阴离子和非离子型乳化剂,有时两种合并使用。

成核方式有胶束成核和均相成核两种。

醋酸乙烯乳液聚合采用阴离子和非离子型乳化剂按一定比例混合使用的方式,以均相成核形成乳胶粒子。

为了制备粘度低,固含量高,乳液稳定的醋酸乙烯乳液采用种子聚合方法,即两步加料反应。

实验配方:实验步骤:按实验装置装好仪器,根据配方准确称量,首先加入5.0g 聚乙烯醇和90ml 去离子水,开动搅拌,将温度升至80℃至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,此时降温至68~70℃,依次加入1g 十二烷基磺酸钠,5ml OP-10,2.5ml 过硫酸铵和21.4ml 醋酸乙烯,反应30mins 后,再加入另一半过硫酸铵,并开始滴加剩余的42.8ml 醋酸乙烯,滴加速度控制在30~40滴/min,并且温度保持不变,滴加完毕后,继续反应30mins ,再加入5.0ml 邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌10分钟,降温至20~30℃即可出料。
