The health of students are getting worse. More students get short-sighted(近视的)and overweight (超重的). Many students can’t enough sleep because they have too much homework or too many classes. Besides, more and more students become mentally (精神上地)unhealthy.

To improve students' health, they should have less homework. Only in this way can students get enough sleep and stay healthy. If they pay attention to their diets and exercise, they won't easily put on weight. If they don’t have too much homework or stress, students can be healthy mentally too.

2...How to keep fit

To keep fit, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins.

Secondly, we have to keep a balanced diet and maintain regular eating habits. Thirdly, we’d better exercise regularly to make us strong. Besides, we should avoid too much stress. Finally, we ought to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking. If we stick to the aspects mentioned above, we’ll lead a healthy li fe and stay very healthy.

A.There are many ways to stay healthy. Firstly, we should keep a balanced diet. Secondly, if we

want to keep fit, we must give up the habits that damage our health. Finally, regular physical

exercise is essential for a healthy mind and body.

B.In order to stay healthy, firstly, we should pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and

vegetables, because they are rich in fiber and low in fat. We shouldn't have a lot of food that

contains too much fat, salt or sugar. Secondly, exercise is necessary. Regular exercise can make

us strong. Finally, we should form good living habits. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night.

Overwork and little sleep will lead to illness.

C.Good health is the most valuable thing a person can have. In my opinion, there are three things
