洛阳某工程扶壁式挡土墙设计

摘要

扶壁式挡土墙是一种钢筋混凝土薄壁式挡土墙,其主要特点是构造简单、施工方便,墙身断面较小,自身质量轻,可以较好的发挥材料的强度性能,能适应承载力较低的地基。适用于缺乏石料及地震地区。一般在较高的填方路段采用来稳定路堤,以减少土石方工程量和占地面积。扶壁式挡土墙,断面尺寸较小,踵板上的土体重力可有效地抵抗倾覆和滑移,竖板和扶壁共同承受土压力产生的弯矩和剪力,相对悬臂式挡土墙受力更好,适用6~12m高的填方边坡,可有效地防止填方边坡的滑动。

本设计剖析了挡土墙的作用原理;分析了挡土墙的应用现状、研究现状及发展趋势;并完成了该扶壁式挡土墙的总体设计(主要尺寸的拟定)、荷载及土压力的计算,内力计算,滑移稳定计算,倾覆稳定计算,地基承载力计算,结构计算;完成了图纸绘制;设计了施工组织;并进一步根据地质条件和现场要求进行优化设计。以求达到安全适用的目的,寻求最佳经济效益。

The Buttress Retaining Wall Design of a Project of Luoyang

ABSTRACT

Help retaining wall is a reinforced concrete thin-wall retaining wall, its main features is that its structure is simple and its construction is easy, the wall of the section is small, its own quality is light, it can better play to the strength properties of the material, and it can adapt to bearing the capacity of the lower foundation and apply to the lack of stone and earthquake areas. In order to reduce the amount and cover an area of earth and stone works,generally it usually uses a higher fill section to stabilize the embankment. Buttresses retaining wall has a smaller section size, heel panel soil weight force can effectively resist overturning and sliding, vertical panels and buttresses can stand the earth pressure moments and shear forces, the relative cantilever retaining wall by the force is good to use the 6 ~ 12m high fill slope, can effectively prevent the sliding of the fill slope.

The design analysis the principle of retaining walls, understands the status quo of retaining wall and development trend. And it can also complete the overall design of the supporting retaining wall (the formulation of the main dimensions),the supporting retaining wall loads and earth pressure,internal force calculation,slip stability calculation,overturning stability calculations,foundation bearing capacity calculation,structural calculations,completing the drawings(including elevations and drawing detail),completing of the construction design of the retaining wall of the buttress, and optimize the design according to the geological conditions and site requirements further. By using this design to achieve the safety applicable to the purpose of seeking the best value for money.
