直隶宝坻(今属天津)人。
1937年进东北林区当伐木工人。
1948年冬季,一人完成六个人的伐木量。
1951年加入中国共产党。
后任铁力林业局依吉密林场主任、铁力林业局副主任。
是中共十大、十一大代表,第二、三届全国人大代表。
五十年代曾创造安全伐木法、四季锉锯法、流水作业法,在全国各林区推广应用。
先后十一次被评为黑龙江省、东北森林工业总局劳动模范。
1956年、1959年两次出席全国先进生产者代表会议。

教学目的:通过本节课基本掌握分解和弦的弹奏,并能在乐曲中熟练运用。
一、指法概述在学习分解和弦之前,首先来了解一下什么是和弦。
和弦是指三个或三个以上的音按一定的音程关系排列。
例如135 ,525,5125。
那么分解和弦指的是,将和弦中的各个音按一定的先后顺序和节奏进行分解。

二、技法教学接下来,就来学习分解和弦的弹奏。
以和弦5125为例。
1、第一步,放弦右手按照无名指、中指、食指、大指的顺序分别在5、1、2、5上放弦。
大家在放弦时要注意以下几个问题:1)对于年龄较小或者初学的学生可先用中指、食指、大指三个手指练习,熟练之后,再加上无名指一起练习。
2)初学时,再练习放弦的过程中,大家可采用从无名指到大指按顺序的依次放弦。
待熟练掌握后,要求四个手指采用同时放弦的方法。
3)放弦时要求手指各关节突出,保持手型的圆形,使指尖包住琴弦,而不要出现瘪指或手指僵直的情况。
4)四个手指放弦时不要入弦过深,每个手指都使用指尖触弦。
5)每个义甲都要保持正面接触琴弦,不要触弦侧面触弦的情况。
2、第二步,弹奏放好弦后,右手从无名指开始由低音至高音依次向手心方向弹奏,弹完后自然收于掌心。
弹奏时大家要注意以下几个问题:1)义甲正面触弦,而不要有义甲侧边擦弦的杂音。
2)注意每个手指的独立性,每个音弹完之后手指立即放松回到半握拳手型。
不要紧握于手心。
3)各个手指弹奏时要注意力度的均匀、音色的统一。
不要有的音强,有的音弱。
4)弹奏八度以内的分解和弦时,手指可提前有准备地放在弦上;而超过八度的分解和弦就可离弦弹奏。

The suffix –ify can be added to adjectives or nouns to form verbs that describe the process by which a state, quality, or condition is brought about. for example
simple + -ify →simplify : make something simple
beauty + -ify →beautify : make someone or something beautiful classify purify justify intensify
