中职生大部分思维积极,性格活泼,但是课堂注意力集中时间短,英语基础知识不扎实,自信心不足,害羞,难以开口。在整堂课设计中有梯度,由简到难,由词到句,由读、听、写到说。设计一个“Words Bank”(单词银行)的PK及操练环节,帮助学生克服畏难情绪,激发他们学习英语的欲望。在教学过程中采取合作、竞争、奖励的形式,激励学生踊跃发言。
