本系统由空冷塔、水冷塔、水泵、水过滤器、冷水机组、管道阀门及仪电控制系统等部机组成。
二、流程说明(见附图)1.气路:(1)由透平空气压缩机来的≤105℃含湿热空气进入空冷塔AC1101的下部,与从水泵WP1101(或WP1102)来的外界冷却水(32℃),在空冷塔的下段通过逆流直接接触进行热质交换,使空气初步冷却;待空气上升到空冷塔的上段,与来自水冷塔WC1101底部依次经水泵WP1103(或WP1104)增压和冷水机组RU1101冷却的冷冻水作进一步热质交换,最终使空气冷却到16℃出空冷塔,去分子筛纯化系统。
(2)来自空气分离设备36℃的剩余污氮气进入水冷塔WC1101的下部,与来自用户所供32℃的冷却水在3 批 准HANGZHOU HANGYANG CO. LTDT otal 17 P age 3水冷塔内逆流接触进行热质交换,最终经水冷塔顶部直接放空。
2.水路:来自用户凉水系统内温度为 32℃、压力为 0.4MPa (G )的冷却水进入空气预冷系统后分为两路:一路(~160m/h )从水冷塔 WC1101 的上部进入水冷塔,在塔内被从空气分离设备来的剩余污氮气冷却后从水冷塔拟 制审 核 打 印校 对提出单位杭州杭氧股份有限公司的下部流出,再经水泵 WP1103(或 WP1104)增压和冷水机组 RU1101 进一步 冷却后送入空冷塔 AC1101 的上段;另一路(~600m 3/h )由水泵 WP1101(或 WP1102)增压后,直接进入空冷塔 AC1101 中部,与从塔上段流下来的冷却 水混合,作为空冷塔下段的冷却水,在空冷塔下段和空气进行热质交换后, 经 V1161、V1162、V1163 和 V1165 阀排出,去用户凉水系统。
空冷器使用维护说明书
置安装在风道中。空冷器气侧连接孔与风道连接孔
用螺栓联接坚固,同时加装发动机供应商提供的密
封材料。
空冷器进出水法兰与冷却水管用螺栓联接坚固,
同时加装发动机供货商提供的密封材料。
为避免空冷器在安装过程中变形和产生应力,
所有连接面都应该平行,公差越小越好。所有连接点
都要做到气密和水密。
运输吊耳是用来提吊和搬运空冷器的,在管组
空冷器传热元件有:椭圆管方片、圆管圆片及圆 管方片等几种结构形式。管与片的连接方式通常有: 钎焊式、整体轧制式和机械胀接式。
冷却管由胀管器将其两端紧紧地胀接到管板上。 侧板作为空冷器的一部分,与管板用螺栓连接 紧固。 端盖(即进出水端盖和回流水端盖),作为循环 水室,按设计的水流程数设置隔水筋。端盖上装有旋 塞用于空冷器的放气和排水。端盖与管板间装有密 封垫并用螺栓将其紧固。 端盖、管板和冷却管的材质是根据冷却水质和 设计水流速来选择的。 增压空冷器安装在涡轮增压器和柴油机进气总 管之间的风道中。其安装形式有两种: 1、空冷器可直接装在风道中(固定式空冷器), 这时把空冷器的侧板和管板直接用螺栓安装到风道 上,形成风道的一部分。 2、空冷器先装进箱体,然后把箱体用螺栓安装 到风道上(可拆式空冷器)。用此法安装,在拆卸维 修空冷器时可以不拆卸风道。

为方便安装、填装(更换)填料及检修操作,在塔上部、中部、下部位置均设有人孔,在上、下填料段底部设有手孔,塔内壁下段设有安全梯,塔外设有平台梯子。
塔外壁上段设有绝热层圈,供安装绝热材料用。
该塔为Ⅰ类压力容器,设计、制造、检验等均按国家有关规定进行,现场安装时严禁在塔体上动火。
在塔外壁的上部和中部进水管下方均预焊有贴板,可用于现场施工设置固定管道的支架或抱箍等。
塔器壳体材料为Q345R,壳体内壁油漆终止线以下部分及整个外壁涂有油漆,整个壳体已在设计中考虑了腐蚀裕量。
填料支撑盘、填料盖板、布水器、除沫器及相关支承梁等主要内件均采用不锈钢材质,不会对水和空气造成污染。
2、水冷塔(WC1101)水冷塔是填料型冷却塔。
为了防止污氮气出塔时把雾状水滴带走,增加水耗,塔顶设有不锈钢丝网捕雾器。
塔中部为填料段,填装65×65×1.5的聚丙烯环。
塔上部进水位置设有布水器,冷却水从水冷塔WC1101上部的布水器进入塔内,经过布水器的小孔均匀地喷淋在填料表面上,从而保证了水冷塔内气液热质交换的效率。
冷却水在沿填料空隙下行过程中,与从塔下部进入塔内的污氮气进行热质交换后从塔底部流出,再经冷冻水泵WP1103(WP1104)增压和冷水机组RU1101冷却后去空冷塔AC1101的上段。

发电机组降温冷却专家KCWQ系列空冷器KCW系列空气冷却器1.应用范围:用于火电机组、水轮发电机组运行环境的空气降温、火电氢冷机组的氢气降温;2.设备结构及技术规格选型:2.1设备结构经我公司多年来对电站使用的各种空冷器过程中,进行使用情况综合分析,对空冷器的设计、制造工艺实施了一系列的改进完善,形成我公司KCW系列空冷器,经改进完善后的空冷器,其结构及各项指标更加满足用户的使用要求;(空冷器设计压力:0.6〜I.OMpa;工作压力:0.2〜0.5Mpa)KCW系列空冷器,结构以“可卸盖板式”为主,因两侧水室便于拆装,在使用维护过程中便于对水室内部和散热管基管内部进行清洗维护;KCW(系列空冷器主要由左右水室、左右管板、复合式翅片管、上下侧板等主要部件构成,空冷器的水室与管板用螺栓连接(中间使用专用胶垫密封)见下图:1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 101左水室2冷却水进水法兰3冷却水出水法兰4左管板5换热管6下侧板7上侧板8右管板9右水室10 螺栓图2-1 KCWQ “可卸盖板式”空冷器结构2.2技术规格选型KCWQ空气冷却器规格尺寸3.设备特点:3.1 “可卸盖板式”空冷器的左右水室内表面,采用国内先进的“汽车底盘装甲”工艺,进行特殊防腐处理,防止其生锈影响冷却水质,经此工艺加工后的水室内表面,能长期缓解水气腐蚀、冷却水体流动及水体内所含杂质对水室内表面的冲刷撞击,彻底解决了因水室内表面涂漆层脱落、水室内表面生锈等不利因素影响冷却水质的问题;图3-1经“汽车底盘装甲”工艺处理后的水室内表面图3-2基管与管板胀接后照片3.2左右管板采用优质钢板加工,部件外表面采用先进镀锌工艺进行镀锌处理,避免其腐蚀生锈影响冷却水质,并在一定程度上延长了设备使用寿命;翅片管基管与左右管板基管孔处,采用国内最先进的胀接工艺进行胀接密封,确保冷却水在翅片管基管内部正常循环流动,冷却水不会因渗漏随被降温的热空气进入到机组内部,确保机组安全运行(见图3-2);3.3两块侧板与左右管板连接形成空冷器主体,侧板主梁采用国标等边角钢设计制造,(可根据电站实际安装需要,在侧板主梁上钻出一定数量的把合孔,便于空冷器主体与定子及相关设备部件连接并密圭寸);3.4 KCW(系列空冷器使用的核心换热元件是复合式翅片管,复合式翅片管的基管与铝翅片的接触热阻低,在较大温度变化范围内能保持稳定的低值,传热系数高,基管由外层铝管壁保护不受腐蚀,对温度突变及振动有良好抗力;单位长度换热面积大,传热量高,结构可靠,寿命长;翅片表面光滑无毛刺无皱折、不易结垢不易变形、易于清洗(可用高压水冲洗),易于排除表面积水、流动阻力低,能长期保持良好的传热性能。

描述

蒸发式空冷器操作使用说明蒸发式空冷器操作使用说明安装、使用和维护本设备前,应仔细阅读本使用说明书!一、作用与用途蒸发式空冷器是甲醇(合成氨)生产系统装置中冷却换热设备的最新换代节能产品,它是甲醇(合成氨)生产系统装置中的主要换热设备之一。
又称甲醇(合成氨)冷却器。
蒸发式空冷器的作用是通过冷却盘管的蒸发换热和冷却翅片的空气换热,将生产系统装置中的高温高压气体进行冷却或冷凝成液体、或对较高温度的液体进行冷却。
从而达到生产工艺的要求。
蒸发式冷却器主要应用于甲醇、合成氨等生产系统的合成工序、精馏工序、压缩及变换工序、冰机系统、蒸汽冷凝等关键工艺过程。
分为压缩机级间冷却、甲醇(合成氨)合成气冷却冷凝、甲醇精馏工序冷却(冷凝)、天然气或焦炉煤气转化工序气体冷却、净化工序冷却(冷凝)等。
为年产10万吨及以下、18万吨及以下、30万吨及以下成套设备。
蒸发式空冷器系列产品还适用于炼油、化工、冶金、制冷、轻工、电力、食品、饮料等行业。
二、产品结构与工作原理蒸发式空冷器由空冷式冷却翅片部件、蒸发式冷却盘管部件、水箱及自动补水喷水和水处理装置(包括水泵、自动补水浮球阀、专用喷嘴等)、图一进风百页窗及轴流风机和自动变频控制器装置(包括进口变频控制器、大口径轴流风机)、热浸锌底座及框架、静电喷塑外壳、工艺管口等组成(见图一)。
采用不锈铝或热浸锌翅片、304不锈钢无缝钢管或10#碳钢无缝钢管热浸锌、钢板为热镀锌板或冷轧钢板静电喷塑,水泵、风机配套电机采用防爆户外型,所有螺栓及固定件均进行防腐防锈处理。
蒸发式空冷器是以水和空气为冷却介质,利用循环冷却水的蒸发潜热和含水蒸气的空气带走被冷却(冷凝)气体中或被冷却液体中的热量。
工作时循环冷却水由水泵送至冷却盘管部件上部的喷淋水管中,经喷嘴均匀地喷淋在冷却盘管的外表面,形成一层很薄的水膜。
高温高压气体或高温液体从盘管部件和翅片部件上部集管进入,分配给每一根冷却管,冷却管内的热量通过管壁传给管外表面的水膜,使水膜蒸发,从而实现热量的交换。

空冷说明书
控制箱温度调节机系列宝鸡雷博精密工业有限责任公司目 录一、适用范围本机组主要用于对各种电气柜内的空气进行冷却、加热、除湿和净化处理,以保证电气元件在安全温度和湿度条件下可靠工作,延长其使用寿命。
适用于机械、电力、轻工、仪器仪表、纺织等行业对温湿度有较高要求的各类控制箱、配电柜及其它电气装置,也可用于小空间的温度、湿度调节。
二、安装(一) 安装要求1、机组应垂直安装在通风良好且远离灰尘处,另外应保证其外侧进出风口与墙壁或其它物体间距离在1m 以上。
2、机组周围不应存在腐蚀性气体和易燃易爆等危险气体,安装位置附近也不应有高温热源和其它发热物体,并避免阳光直接照射到机组上。
3、机组可安装在控制箱正面、侧面(LA-□□B/Q 型)或顶部(LA-□□C 型),加热器组件应安装在控制箱内,具体位置由用户自行确定。
安装部位结构件应能充分承受机组重量。
4、用户应按照产品样本规定,预先在控制箱上加工好机组的送回风口和安装孔。
送回风口的位置应确保箱内空气流向合理,循环畅通,温度均匀性好。
5、机组应使用专用电路供电,电源线截面积应符合相关规定,并在电路上安装规定容量的空气开关或保险装置及漏电断路器。
6、机组和控制箱应按有关电气安全标准要求,可靠接地。
7、机组在搬运或安装中,应避免受到撞击而损坏,同时不允许机组倒置或倾斜角度大于40°。
为此在运输和安装前,应尽量保持原包装,吊装时掌握好重心。
(二) 安装方法机组的安装参见图1、图2、图3所示,具体步骤如下:1.在机组安装面及内侧送回风口周围 粘贴泡沫塑料保温层;2.用M8×16螺栓+弹垫/平垫将机组固定在控制箱箱体上,注意安装方向要正确; 图1 天井式安装3.固定加热器组件,按电路图规定在XT1、XT2端子上接线;4.将排水软管固定在排水管口处(仅限于不带接水盒的机型,并避免其弯曲、上翘)。

接收数据时应:1、检查可能造成的遗失或损坏。
当你接收到设备并发现有遗失或损坏的证据,应在运输商的接收单上注明详细的遗失或损坏的情况。
2、检查隐藏遗失及损坏。
当接收到货物时,外观没发现问题,但在卸装时发现有隐藏的破坏,应立即要求运输机构检查运输情况。
一般说来,收货后半个月内是要求运输者检查的最大期限。
报告运输者有关破坏情况是收货人的职责。
B、贮存/关闭警告:干燥器不该存放在室外(无论是否用板条箱包装)和暴露在雨中,否则会导致电子元件和控制元件的损坏。
重要提醒——冷却水单元如果该单元在0℃下关闭,冷凝冷却水由于结冰而致使单元遭到永久性的破坏。
因而,关闭单元时,应用装在冷凝器上的排池龙头将水排掉。
重要提醒——不要把干燥器存放在℃(130℉)以上的环境中。
C、移动冷干机是放在叉形木板上运输的。
可用叉形杆或滚珠支撑住机架底部移动冷干机或用机架上的吊环吊起冷干机。

为了保证本系统的正常运转,系统中设置了一些仪表、气动调节阀门报警、联锁装置等,请用户根据流程图及成套仪控说明书进行操作。
三、设备结构与作用说明1、空冷塔(AC1101)空冷塔为填料型冷却塔。
为防空气出塔时将雾状游离水带入后续分子筛纯化系统,塔顶设有不锈钢丝网除沫器。
塔中部为填料段,填料共分上、下两段。
塔的上段(即冷段)装有65×65×1.5增强聚丙烯环,而塔的下段填料又按类型不同分两层填装:先在底层填装的是约1米高的100×50×1.0不锈钢DC环,接着填装的是约3.5米高的100×100×2.6增强聚丙烯环。
此外,在塔内上部和中部进水位置都分别设有布水器。
正常运行时,一路~160m3/h的冷冻水通过上部布水器均匀地喷淋在上段填料顶部,然后顺上段填料空隙下行流至塔的下段填料;另一路~600m3/h的冷却水在塔中部通过下部布水器均匀地喷淋在下段填料顶部,然后两股水在此汇合后一起经下段填料空隙流至塔底排出塔外。
来自空气压缩机105℃的高温空气由塔下部进入塔内后则逆水流而上,先在下段与外界所供冷却水(含塔上段流下的水)进行初步热质交换,然后进入塔上段继续与冷冻水作进一步热质交换后,经塔顶的不锈钢丝网除沫器出塔,进入分子筛纯化系统。

水空气预冷系统使用说明书一.概述UF-88000/5型空气预冷系统是KDON-16300/17000型空气分离设备的一个重要的组成部分,它串接于空气压缩机系统和分子筛吸附系统之间,用来降低进分子筛吸附器的空气的温度与含水量。
合理地使用空气预冷系统,有利于空气分离设备长期安全地运转,特别是高温季节尤为重要。
本系统由空气冷却塔、水冷却塔、冷水机组、水泵、水过滤器、管道阀门、控制系统等机组组成。
二.流程说明(见流程图)外介供水经水泵WP-1101(或WP1102)增压后,进入空气冷却塔AC的中部与透平压缩机送入空气冷却塔下部的湿热空气(∠105℃)作为逆流直接接触,使空气初步冷却。
空气污染上升到塔的上段,与来自水冷却塔的水(15℃)作进一步的热质交换,空气污染被冷却到17出空气冷却塔,进分子筛吸附系统。
外介供水(32,45m³/h)经布水器流入水冷塔WC的上部,在水冷却塔内被空气分离设备来的氮气冷却后,水温降至15℃,从塔的下部流出,通过水泵WP-1104(或WP-1103)增压,回到空气冷却的上部.这路低温水与空气进行热质交换后,直接流入空气冷却塔斯社的二段。
经水泵WP-1101(或WP-1102)增压后的水(200 m³/h),与空气冷却塔上段流下的水(45 m³/h)混合,在空气冷却塔下段与空气换热,并洗涤空气中的灰尘及空气中能溶于水中的NO、SO、Cl、hf等对分子筛有毒作用的物资后,从空气冷却塔底经V1161、V1162、V1163、V1165阀自动排出本系统外。
三设备结构与作用说明1空气冷却塔本塔为双溢流斗大孔径筛板与填料组成的综合性冷却塔,塔的上段(冷段)装有阿尔法环,冷水通过布水器均匀地喷淋在填料上,顺填料空隙流下。
空气则逆水流而上经不锈钢丝网捕雾器出塔,进分子筛吸附系统。
塔的下段(即热段)设有五块从溢流斗大孔径筛板塔板,这种塔板效率高,同时空气经筛孔上面清液层洗涤,使得塔上段杂质含量大大减少。

一、适用范围
本机组主要用于对各种电气柜内的空气进行冷却、加热、除湿和净化处理,以保证电气元件在安全温度和湿度条件下可靠工作,延长其使用寿命。
适用于机械、电力、轻工、仪器仪表、纺织等行业对温湿度有较高要求的各类控制箱、配电柜及其它电气装置,也可用于小空间的温度、湿度调节。
二、安装
(一)安装要求
1、机组应垂直安装在通风良好且远离灰尘处,另外应保证其外侧进出风口与墙壁或其它物体间距离在1m以上。
2、机组周围不应存在腐蚀性气体和易燃易爆等危险气体,安装位置附近也不应有高温热源和其它发热物体,并避免阳光直接照射到机组上。
3、机组可安装在控制箱正面、侧面(LA-□□B/Q型)或顶部(LA-□□C型),加热器组件应安装在控制箱内,具体位置由用户自行确定。
安装部位结构件应能充分承受机组重量。
4、用户应按照产品样本规定,预先在控制箱上加工好机组的送回风口和安装孔。
送回风口的位置应确保箱内空气流向合理,循环畅通,温度均匀性好。
5、机组应使用专用电路供电,电源线截面积应符合相关规定,并在电路上安装规定容量的空气开关或保险装置及漏电断路器。

4、加热指示(HEATER):冷热双制型机组进入加热状态时,该指示灯(绿色)亮。
5、设定/显示(SET/ENT):当揿一下该按键,数码管闪烁,表示需要设定温度,温度设

后具有掉电保护功能。
设定温度最高为35℃,最低为25℃(具体见附录参数表)。
温度设定后再按一下该按键,数码管重新显示箱内实测温度。
6、增量(△):调节设定温度,揿一下增加1℃,最高为35℃。
7、减量(▽):调节设定温度,揿一下减少1℃,最低为25℃。

(三)独立除湿条件(带独立除湿功能机型)
在高湿度条件下,当机组湿度传感器检测到的箱内空气相对湿度RH≥75%,并且箱内温度低于设定温度时,压缩机和风机周期性运转,对箱内空气进行除湿。
四、试运转
(一)运转前检查
确认机组固定牢靠,全部安装工作正确无误,供电电源符合要求,控制箱密封情况良好。
注:若因供电体制原因无法提供零线、需用地线代替零线时,地线的接地电阻应符合要求并可靠接地,但此时不得使用漏电保护开关。
(二)通电运转
1、向机组供电,机组控制面板显示正常,箱内侧风机工作,箱内空气开始循环。
2、调整箱内设定温度:
(1)按下SET/ENT按键,数码管闪烁,显示设定温度;
(2)若设定温度需要修改时,揿增量按键(△)或减量按键(▽),使设定值改变为所需要的值;
(3)再按一下SET/ENT按键,显示箱内实际温度,同时保存设定值。
3、按操作说明要求,确认机组运行正常,电器部件工作可靠,无其它异常声音和现象。
4、在机组正常制冷运行20min后,控制箱内侧送回风口温差应达到5~8℃。
五、注意事项及维护保养
1、供电电源和保险丝规格必须符合说明书和产品铭牌规定,工作电压允许变化范围为额定电压的±10%。
2、机组工作时送回风口附近不应有任何障碍物。
3、箱内温度设定值要合适,通常情况下建议设定值保持在30℃左右。
4、定期清理空气过滤网(每两周一次)。
清理时将外侧过滤网抽(取)出,用吸尘器清理或用温度不超过40℃的温水和中性洗涤剂清洗。
清洗后应擦干水分或在阴凉处晾干,再装回原处。
拆卸空气过滤网应在停机状态下进行。
5、机组表面脏污时,应采用中性洗涤剂或高品质肥皂水用软布擦洗。
注意不得使用石油类、酸类熔剂、磨粉、钢刷等,以防喷塑面破坏。
6、长期放置重新使用前或使用较长一段时间(半年左右)后,应检查换热翅片、内外侧风扇叶片是否脏污,必要时予以清理。
7、带接水盒机组根据蜂鸣器提示倒水时,应拿掉水盒上的水位检测装置。
重装水盒时再按原位置正确安装检测装置,注意防止其损坏。
注意!进行上述检查或保养时务必切断电源。
六、故障排除
1、机组供电后,箱内侧风机不工作。
请检查:
(1)电源连接是否可靠;
(2)电路空气开关或断路器、保险丝是否良好;
(3)电源线是否断路;
(4)供电电压是否正常。
2、箱内侧风机工作,但压缩机和箱外侧风机不工作。
请检查:
(1)温度设定是否合适;
(2)机组是否处于延时或报警状态;
(3)电源电压是否符合要求;
(4)冷热双制机组是否处于加热状态;
(5)如果温度无显示,请拆下机组盖板,打开电器盒检查保险丝(2A)是否良好。
(6)接地是否良好。
3、机组工作正常,但降温效果不佳。
请检查:
(1)空气过滤网是否太脏;
(2)温度设定是否合适;
(3)控制箱是否密封;
(4)机组型号选择是否恰当;
(5)送回风风道是否有障碍或者箱内侧有无冷气短路现象发生;
(6)温度传感器安装位置是否合适;
(7)环境温度过高或者周围环境是否有意料之外的热源。
注:经上述检查、处理后,机组仍不能正常工作时,请与厂家联系。
若出现下列情形时,应立即停止机组工作:
(1)保险丝经常断路或报警指示灯频繁报警;
(2)压缩机频繁起动、停止;
(3)压缩机工作正常,但箱内、外侧风机有一个或两个同时不工作;
(4)箱外侧风机运转正常而压缩机较长时间不启动;
(5)机组运行中出现异常响声。
七、保修条例
1.凡用户在遵守本使用说明书所述各项规定条件下,整机在一年内(以发票开出日期为准)因制造质量而发生故障或损坏时,凭发票由本公司进行免费维修或更换。
2.凡违反使用说明书有关规定或因外界条件不符合要求(如电源电压波动超出允许范围、环境温度过高等)而造成的机组损坏,均不属保修(换)范围。
3.用户自行对产品进行拆解、改装或产品发生故障后未通知本公司而自行拆修者,本公司不负责保修。
4.在搬运、安装和使用过程中,由于碰撞等人为原因造成机组损坏,不属免费修、换范围。
5.保修期外或不属保修范围的维修服务,其相关费用包括往返费用等均由用户负责。

注:1、制冷量测试条件(根据DIN3168):箱内回风温度35℃,环境温度35℃。
