相信这里也有一部分人所服务的企业并没有认真落实体系的要求,一旦到了审核Байду номын сангаас时候就临时补一些记录。
SPC这个东西补起来相当的麻烦,要填写125个数据!!!
本人前两天刚换了一家公司,元月就要监督审核了,要补很多东西,今天在补SPC的时候,想来个办法,只需要正确填写规格值、公差上限和公差下限(比如要求为15正负0.1,那么规格值填写15,公差上限填写15.1,公差下限填写14.9),下面的125个数据就自动生成,而且生成后计算出来的CPK一般都在1.33-1.6之间,如果CPK不幸小于1.33,请双击任意一个空单元格,然后回车,会再重新生成一组数据。
当然,最后还要麻烦一下,得到你想要的CPK以后,请复制这125个数据单元格,然后再选择性粘贴为值(原位置),这样下次打开的时候数据就不会变了。
