1、将口罩平展，双手平拉推向面部，长鼻梁条在上方
（Spread out the mask,then pull to the face with your hands with the ridge of the nose above.）
2、用指尖由内向外按压鼻梁条，顺着鼻梁形状向两侧移动
（Press the ridge of the nose f rom the inside to the outside With your fingertips , and move to both sides along the shape of the ridge of the nose.）
3、将口罩上下完全展开，使其全面遮盖口鼻，贴合面部
