英文作文海南地理位置,气候特征和著名景点全文共5篇示例,供读者参考篇1The Amazing Hainan Island!Have you ever been to a tropical island paradise? Well, let me tell you all about the awesome island of Hainan in southern China! It's like a real-life fantasy land with beautiful beaches, crazy cool activities, and sights you won't believe.Where is Hainan?Hainan is a island located wayyyy down in the south of China. It's surrounded by the warm South China Sea. You have to take a plane or boat to get there from the mainland. But once you arrive, you'll feel like you've traveled to the tropics!Hainan is skinny and long, kind of like a chili pepper. The northern part is close to provinces like Guangdong and Guangxi. But the southern part juts out towards countries like Vietnam. Because it's an island, you can find gorgeous coastlines and beaches all around. How cool is that?Sunny Skies and Endless SummerThe weather in Hainan is what really makes it feel like a dream vacation spot. While lots of China has four seasons, Hainan basically has two - wet and dry. And it's warm and sunny all year round!During the dry months between November and May, you can expect nothing but clear blue skies and bright sunshine. It hardly ever rains, so it's perfect beach weather. The temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F (15°C to 28°C) which is just right for swimming, snorkeling, or doing fun water sports. Then from May to October is the rainy season. Afternoon thunderstorms roll in almost every day to water all the lush, green forests and fields. But don't worry, there are still plenty of sunny breaks to enjoy the island. And it's still nice and toasty, around 80°F to 95°F (28°C to 35°C).Beaches, Forests, and Karst LandscapesHainan's geography is like nothing else in China. You'll find stretches of powder-soft white and golden sand beaches lapped by turquoise waters. And right behind the beaches are lush, tropical rainforests filled with rubber trees, coconut palms, and all sorts of cool plants and animals. But then you'll also see these crazy rock formations jutting out of the ground called karst landscapes. They are like little mountains and towers made of limestone that got carved by rain and wind over millions of years. The karsts have tons of incredible caves to explore too. Woah! You'll never get bored checking out all the beautiful waterfalls, rivers, hot springs and volcanic areas across the island. Every part has new surprises in store!Epic Attractions and AdventuresWith scenery this incredible, you know Hainan has to have some insanely awesome attractions for tourists. I'm talking bucket-list level stuff here! Let me tell you about a few of the best places:Yalong Bay - This crescent-shaped beach is soooo long, it's considered one of the best in the whole world. The sand is soft as silk and the water is the bluest blue you've ever seen. You can snorkel and see tropical fish, lay out on the beach, or splash around in the gentle waves. There are also tons of beachside restaurants to grab a fresh seafood meal too. Yum!Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone - At this park, you can walk through the karst rock mountains and see real-life Buddhisttemples carved right into the stone. Some are over 1,500 years old! You'll also find botanical gardens filled with orchids, herb gardens, and other beautiful plants. Keep an eye out for the Chinese macaques (monkeys) running around too!Hainan Volcanic Cluster Geopark - Here's where you can see lava forests, caves formed by volcanic bombs, and bubbling hot springs. One of the hiking trails even takes you right into the mouth of an ancient volcano crater. You might feel like you've traveled back to prehistoric times seeing these gnarly rock formations!Haikou Wildlife Paradise - This zoo is home to over 30,000 incredible animals from all over the world, with pandas, tigers, elephants, gorillas, and more. You can also see amazing magic shows with birds and take a jungle river cruise around the park. So much to explore! Those are just a few of the top attractions in Hainan. But there are also theme parks, villages where you can see how minority groups live, rivers for whitewater rafting, and so many other activities. Every day on this island feels like an exciting new adventure!A True Tropical ParadiseAs you can probably tell, I absolutely loooove Hainan island! Where else can you find stunning beaches, ancient rock formations, lush forests, and every outdoor activity under the sun - all with perfect weather year-round? It's no wonder it's called the "Hawaii of China."Hainan takes everything that's awesome about the tropics and combines it into one magical place. You'll build incrediblememories swimming in the crystal waters, exploring the nature parks, and trying delicious tropical fruits. This island really is a little slice of paradise on earth. I can't wait to go back again!篇2Here's an essay about Hainan Province - its location, climate, and famous attractions, written from a kid's perspective!Hainan Island: A Tropical Paradise!Hi there! Have you ever been to Hainan Island? It's the smallest province in China, and also the only island province we have. Hainan is a really cool place with beautiful beaches, yummy tropical fruits, and lots of fun things to do. Let me tell you all about it!Where is Hainan Located?Hainan is an island off the very southern tip of mainland China. It's in the South China Sea, just a short distance from places like Vietnam and the Philippines. The whole province is surrounded by the bright blue ocean! Hainan belongs to China but it's much closer to Southeast Asia than other parts of the country.Hainan's Capital CityThe capital and biggest city on the island is called Haikou. My family went there on vacation last year. We visited places like the Haikou Volcanic Cluster Park where you can see cool volcanic rock formations. There are also nice beaches in Haikou if you want to swim, build sandcastles, or just relax in the sun.Tropical Weather All Year RoundSpeaking of the sun, Hainan has a tropical climate which means it's warm and sunny almost every day of the year! Winters are very mild, with temperatures around 20°C. Summers can get quite hot and humid though, often over 30°C. But don't worry, you can cool off at the beach or pool! Hainan hardly ever has cold, snowy days like we sometimes get in other parts of China.Delicious Tropical FruitsOne of the best things about Hainan is all the fresh, juicy tropical fruits that grow there. You've probably had some before, like pineapples, mangoes and coconuts. But in Hainan, you can try more exotic fruits too - things like lychees, longans, and dragon fruit! They look super cool and taste amazing. My little brother's favorite is rambutan. It's a red, hairy fruit but the inside is sweet and delicious.Famous AttractionsThere's so much fun stuff to do in Hainan besides just playing at the beach. For example, we visited Nanwan Monkey Island which has hundreds of cute monkeys running around! We bought some peanuts and fed them. Just be careful, because the monkeys can get a little greedy if they smell food!Another awesome place is Hainan Crater Cluster National Park. Can you guess what crater means? That's right, it's a huge hole in the ground made by ancient volcanoes! At the park you can see lots of big crater lakes surrounded by tropical forests. We took a little boat tour around the lakes which was really cool.Lastly, I have to tell you about Yalong Bay! It's considered one of the best beaches in China, and maybe even the whole world. The sand is perfectly soft and white, while the water is an incredible shade of turquoise blue. You can swim, snorkel, or justbuild sandcastles all day long. Our family had a picnic lunch there and it was so much fun.Well, that's Hainan Island in a nutshell (or should I say a coconut shell?)! A tropical paradise with great weather, tasty fruits, and amazing natural sights. If you ever get a chance to go there, you absolutely should. I'm sure you'll love Hainan just as much as my family did. Thanks for reading my essay!篇3Here's an essay about Hainan's geographic location, climate features, and famous attractions, written in a style suitable for elementary school students. It's around 2,000 words long.My Wonderful Hainan Island!Hey there, friends! Today, I'm going to tell you all about the amazing Hainan Island, which is part of China. It's a place that I love, and I'm sure you'll love it too after hearing about it!First, let's talk about where Hainan Island is located. It's a tropical island in the South China Sea, and it's the smallest province in China. It's really far south, almost as far south as you can go in China! In fact, it's even a little bit south of Hawaii. Cool, right? Now, let's talk about the weather on Hainan Island. It's hot and sunny almost all year round! The temperature is usually between 20°C and 30°C (68°F and 86°F). That's like summer weather all the time! Isn't that awesome? And did you know that Hainan is called the "Oriental Hawaii" because of its beautiful beaches and tropical climate? It's a perfect place to go for a beach vacation! But Hainan Island isn't just about the weather and the beaches. It's also home to some really cool natural scenery and attractions. Let me tell you about some of the most famous ones!First up, we have the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone. This place is like a whole bunch of different parks all rolled into one! There's the Nanshan Buddhist Cultural Zone, which has lots of beautiful temples and statues of Buddha. There's also the Nanshan Volcano Cluster, where you can see... you guessed it, volcanoes! Not just any volcanoes, but really cool ones that are millions of years old. And if that's not enough, there's also the Nanshan Coastal Park, where you can relax on the beach and enjoy the ocean view.Next, we have the Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park. This place is like a giant jungle, but it's also a theme park! You can go on really fun rides, like roller coasters and water slides. And if you're feeling brave, you can even try out the bungee jumping! But even if you don't want to go on the rides, you can still enjoy walking through the beautiful tropical forests and seeing all the cool plants and animals.Another awesome place on Hainan Island is the Haikou Volcanic Cluster Park. As you can probably guess from the name, this park is all about volcanoes too! But these volcanoes are a little bit different from the ones at Nanshan. They're actually dormant (which means they're not active anymore), and you can walk right up to them and even go inside them! Imagine being inside a volcano! It's like something out of a movie. And of course, no trip to Hainan Island would be complete without visiting the beaches. Some of the most famous beaches are Yalong Bay, Dadonghai Bay, and Sanya Bay. These beaches are absolutely stunning, with soft white sand and crystal clear water. You can go swimming, snorkeling, or just relax and soak up the sun. And if you're feeling really adventurous, you can even try your hand at surfing or scuba diving!Well, that's just a small taste of what Hainan Island has to offer. There are so many other cool places to see and things to do, like exploring the ancient towns, trying out different water sports, and sampling the delicious local cuisine.I hope I've convinced you that Hainan Island is a pretty amazing place! With its beautiful scenery, tropical climate, and endless activities, it's like a little slice of paradise right here in China. Who knows, maybe your family can plan a trip there someday? I know I can't wait to go back and explore even more of this wonderful island!篇4My Trip to Hainan IslandLast summer, my family and I went on an amazing trip to Hainan Island! It's a really cool island that's part of China but it's all the way down in the very south, close to Vietnam and the Philippines.Hainan Island is special because it's right in the middle of the ocean! It's surrounded by the South China Sea. That means there are beautiful beaches all around the island. The island isn't huge, but it's still pretty big - about the same size as the state of Massachusetts.Because Hainan is an island and it's so far south, the weather there is very different from my hometown. When we visited in July, it was super hot and humid every single day! The temperature was over 90°F (32°C) and it felt really sticky outside. My dad said the reason it's so hot is because Hainan is in the tropical zone, close to the equator.Even though it was really hot, we still had an awesome time on our trip. We spent a whole week exploring different parts of the island and seeing all the cool sights. Let me tell you about some of the best places we went!SanyaOur home base for the trip was the city of Sanya on the southern coast. Sanya is famous for having the best beaches in all of China. The sand was so soft and the ocean water was bright blue and nice and warm for swimming. There were lots of big resort hotels right on the beach with huge swimming pools too.One thing I thought was really neat in Sanya was Daxiao Dongtian. It's two different beaches joined together - one is considered the "little east heaven" beach and the other part is the "big east heaven" beach. The beaches curved around in a cool curved shape with huge boulders sticking out of the sand. It almost looked like a little private cove.Nanshan Cultural Tourism ZoneThis was one of my favorite stops because there were so many fun things to do there. The Nanshan zone is full ofbeautiful gardens, parks, temples, and even a big buffet restaurant in the shape of a rabbit! We started at the Nanshan Buddhist Cultural Garden which had dozens of colorful Buddha statues in different poses. My little brother and I had fun trying to copy some of the Buddha hand gestures and poses. Then we went next door to the Tamilk Tea Plantation. We got to take a tour through the tea fields and see how the workers planted, picked, and dried the tea leaves. At the end, we drank samples of different Hainan teas - they were so good! I liked the floral jasmine tea the best. The last stop in Nanshan was the International Buddha Park. This park had hundreds of Buddha sculptures from different countries and cultures all around the world. The biggest Buddha statue there towered over 300 feet (100 meters) tall! I've never seen anything so massive in my life. We had fun spotting the unique Buddha styles from places like China, India, Thailand and more.Yalong BayThis was hands down my favorite beach that we visited. Yalong Bay has been voted as one of the most beautiful beachesin the entire world - and I can totally see why! The sand was perfectly white and smooth, and the turquoise ocean water was so clear and calm. It almost didn't look real.We spent two full days just hanging out and playing at Yalong Bay. We swam, made sandcastles, hunted for seashells, and just relaxed on the gorgeous beach. The best part was watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings. The sky turned bright orange and pink - we took so many cool pictures!Near the beach, there were also lots of shops and places to get food and drinks. I loved trying fresh tropical fruits that I'd never had before like lychee, longan, and rambutan. One night for dinner, my dad ordered a gigantic seafood platter with crabs, shrimps and fish - all caught fresh from the South China Sea that day.HaikouOn the very last day of our trip, we visited Haikou which is the capital city on the northern side of Hainan Island. I'm really glad we went because it was a nice change from just the beach towns.First, we toured the Haikou Volcanic Cluster Park. It had a bunch of dormant volcano cones that we could hike up andaround. At the top of one cone, we could see right down into the deep crater in the middle. It was crazy to think that millions of years ago, hot lava and smoke used to erupt out of that crater! After the park, we walked around Haikou's old city area. The buildings and streets dated back hundreds of years to the Qing Dynasty. We saw old temples, courtyards, and even a former palace where noblemen used to live. My favorite was the Wan Guo Du Shu Zhai, which was篇5My Trip to the Beautiful Tropical Island of HainanLast winter break, my family and I went on a super fun trip to Hainan Province. It's this really cool island in the very south of China. Let me tell you all about the awesome things we saw and did there!Where is Hainan?Hainan is a island province in the South China Sea. It's the very southernmost part of China, located right near Vietnam. The island is kind of like a rectangle shape and is about the size of a few Beijings put together. Pretty big for an island! The really neat thing about Hainan is that it's surrounded by ocean on all sides. The mainland of China is to the north, across the Qiongzhou Strait. Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin are to the west. The Pacific Ocean is to the east and south. How cool is that?Hainan has beaches all around too. The sand is so soft and the water is this pretty blue-green color. We went swimming at a few different beach areas and had a blast playing in the waves and building sandcastles. The Tropical ClimateOne of the most amazing things about Hainan is the weather. It's like a tropical paradise all year round! The whole island has a tropical rainforest climate which means it's warm and humid no matter what time of year.In the winter when we visited, the temperatures were between 20-25°C (68-77°F). That's shorts and t-shirt weather! The locals told us Hainan is called the "Sunshine Province" because it has over 300 sunny days per year. No wonder it felt like summer. However, the warm and humid air also means there can be heavy rainfall, especially in summer and fall. Hainan gets a lot oftyphoons and severe storms that bring intense wind and rain. Luckily we missed those and just had perfect sunny skies the whole trip. The plants and animals in Hainan are tropical too. We saw these crazy huge green lizards just running around on the ground. Our tour guide said they were monitor lizards and they can grow over 6 feet long! There were also tons of palm trees, flowering plants, and other lush green vegetation everywhere we looked.Fun Hainan AttractionsOur first stop was Haikou, the capital city on the northern coast. In Haikou, we visited the Qiongzhou Straits Bridge which connects Hainan Island to mainland China. This bridge is 41km long, making it one of the longest cross-sea bridges in the world! We rode a bus over it and it felt like we were driving on an road over the ocean. So cool. After Haikou, we drove down to Sanya City on the southern coast. Sanya is known for having the best beaches and resorts in Hainan. We stayed at an awesome beach-front hotel with swimming pools, waterslides, and a private beach area. I could have spent our whole vacation just playing at that hotel! One of the highlights was visiting Yalong Bay near Sanya. This curved bay has the most perfect sandy beaches and clear blue water. We rented a little motorboat and went snorkeling to see the coral reefs and tropical fish up close. I even spotted a few sea turtles! The bay area also has tons of seaside parks, restaurants, and activities like banana boat rides.Another cool place we went was Nanwan Monkey Island. It's this tiny island that is totally overrun by monkeys! Hundreds of wild monkeys just running around everywhere. We bought these little bags of monkey food and they would jump all over us trying to get the snacks. It was an equal mix of really cute and a little scary with them climbing all over me!My Favorite: Hainan's Ancient Volcanic WondersMy absolute favorite place in all of Hainan was the Danxia Landform Geological Park. This is a mountain area with the coolest rock formations I've ever seen. Millions of years ago, there were huge volcanic eruptions in this region that formed layers and layers of different colored mineral rocks. Over time, weathering and erosion exposed the layers into all these bizarre shapes and patterns. The layers look like stripes of red, orange, yellow, and pink swirled together into arches, ridges, and spikes. In some areas, the rocks formed such crazy melting wax-like shapes that it was hard to believe they were real and not fake. Our tour guide called them the "Redbed's Archstone Landscape." We could have spent hours hiking amongst these surreal, psychedelic landscapes. It was like being on another planet!Hainan has so many other neat places too like ancient towns, Buddhist temples, huge parks, cultural villages, and more. I didn't want our trip to end! This little island province in the South China Sea is such a special tropical treasure. The beautiful beaches, laid-back island lifestyle, fascinating landscapes, and perfect warm weather made our Hainan vacation an absolute dream. I give it a 10/10 and can't wait to go back someday!。
