本单元学习的主题是有关学校课程安排和周末活动的,涉及的内容与学生的生活紧密联系在一起。

本课时为Story time ,呈现的是Zoom 和Zip 一起去采购文具及用品却因钱不够而不得不有所舍弃的故事。

本课是本单元的复习巩固和拓展学习。

学生通过阅读故事,复习巩固句型We have English on Mondays and Wednesday...以及一周七天的名称、课程名称及活动等单词。

II.Analysis of the target students本课的教学对象是小学五年级学生。

五年级的学生经过两年多的英语学习,已经有了一定的英语学习基础,养成了一定的语言学习习惯。

他们思维活跃,能够在教师的引导下,运用语言表达自己的想法。

同时,他们在三四年级已经学习了各种各样的文具类和课程类单词,如pencil,crayon,maths,art 等,这有助于他们理解文本的意思。

但文本中出现了need,enough money,put back 等单词短语对他们来说稍有难度。

可在具体语境中,尝试理解。

其次,大部分学生具有一定的阅读理解能力,但在阅读方法上缺少指导;学生在故事的表演和创编环节也需要多加指导。

III.Teaching objectives在本课学习结束时,学生能够:1.通过阅读趣味故事,复习主句型,巩固本单元所学有关星期、课程名称相关词句,增加语言的输入。

2.理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事,生动地表演故事内容,感知人物情绪的变化。

3.在语境中理解enough money,put back 等短语的意思,能熟练运用句型I need...。

教材分析:
此篇小故事内容简单,主要谈话内容涉及到三年级上册所学的文具及在本单元所学的周一到周日几个单词以及句型:we have _____on_____.围绕新学期购物需求展开谈话,和小学生的生活内容十分贴近。

学情分析:
五年级学生已经学过两年的英语,具备了一定的听说读写的能力,加上此篇小故事内容简单,实现教学目标较容易。

由于内容贴近小学生的生活实际,孩子们也比较喜欢。

教学目标:
1.能读懂小故事。

2.能愉快的表演小故事。

3.培养学生热爱校园生活的意识。

教学重点:
1.复习关于文具和有关星期的单词。

2.读懂小故事。

教学难点:
1.句型:I need _____; We can play with it on the weekend.
2.表演小故事。

教学准备:
PPT课件,文具用品等
教学过程:
Step1:warm-up
T: Hello, everyone.
Ss: Hello, teacher.

Ss: Fine, Thank you.

T:How many days in a week ? And what are they?
