指在规定条件下,电器在长期工作制下,各部件的温升不超过规定极限值时所承受的电流值。

•额定工作电流Ie:指在规定条件下,能保证电器正常工作的电流值。

它和额定电压、电网频率、额定工作制、使用类别、触头寿命及防护等级等因素有关。

有时被标识为In。

•额定电流整定值Ir:这是使用者通过断路器的脱扣器自行整定的一个电流值,断路器根据使用者整定的Ir对电路进行过载、短路保护。

•比如ABB的塑壳断路器S5N400 R320 PR112/LI FF 3P ,Iu=400A Ie=320A, Ir=( 0.4 – 1)Ie 可调。

它功能相当于闸刀开关、过电流继电器、失压继电器、热继电器及漏电保护器等电器部分或全部的功能总和,是低压配电网中一种重要的保护电器。

低压断路用具有多种保护功能(过载、短路、欠电压保护等)、动作值可调、分断能力高、操纵方便、安全等优点,所以目前被广泛应用。

一般选用原则:最常见的负载有配电线路、电动机和家用与类似家用(照明、家用电器等)三大类。

以此相对应的便有配电保护型、电动机保护型和家用及类似家用保护型的断路器。

这三类断路器的保护性质和保护特性是不相同的。

1、住户配电箱总开关一般选择2P32——2P63A 小型断路器或隔离开关。

2、照明回路一般选择10-16A 小型断路器。

3、插座回路一般选择16-20A 的漏电保护断路器。

4、空调回路一般选择16-25A 小型断路器。

13.4.3 改变参数在主菜单内查看,你可以看到与配置和参数设置有关的所有界面,可以去改变参数值。

你需要确认/取消/改变你已经做的任何变化和它不适合所有可改变的情况。

下面例举2 个例子:一个是不需要对你做的变化进行确认,另一个是需要确认。

不需要确认例如,为了设置系统系统日期,正确方法如下:从默认界面按ESC 进入主界面在主界面选择“SETTING“,按键选择“SYSTEM“,按键选择DATE,按键此时将要求输入密码(参见13.3.6),按键通过↑和↓键改变日期,通过键进行确认。

按ESC 两次回到主界面。

需要确认例如,为了改变L 保护曲线,正确方法如下:从默认界面按ESC 进入主界面在主界面选择“PROTECTIONS“,按键选择“L PROTECTION “,按键选择CURVE,按键此时将要求输入密码(参见13.3.6),按键从例表中选择你需要的,然后按键确认。

按ESC 两次在进入主界面之前,将出现一下信息:接受新配置拒绝新配置(保持原来配置)改变前一次输入值通过↑和↓键进行选择,通过键进行确认。

13.4.3.1 更改基本参数注:当PR122/P 在报警状态时,不能设置任何参数。

脱扣器参数配置必须在EDIT 模式下进行。

遵循13.4.3 的说明,参见以下信息:改变系统日期改变系统时间选择系统语言如果要改变密码,选择相关菜单和按键,你将被要求输入旧密码,然后再输入新密码两次。

当可选性模块PR120/V 被安装后,可显示各种数据:L,S,I,G,U,UV,OV,RV,OF,OT,LOAD PROTECTION浏览保护菜单的例子:你可在保护菜单主界面上按ENTER 进入L 保护菜单。

可使用↑和↓键选择相关项,和按键进行确认。

这时将要求输入密码,然后你可选择与L 保护相关的功能。

如何选择曲线同样,为了进入其它保护菜单,请参见保护菜单表。

13.5.2.1 保护菜单表保护参数/功能注:对于单个保护和它们的设置以及相应曲线,请参见13.2.913.5.3 测量菜单PR120/V 的具体描述,请参见15.1。

对于SACE PR122/P 脱扣器,保护可被设置为以下值:In N=50% - 100% - 150% - 200%* In。

在断路器型号和保护门限In 之间,下表给出N 极调整值各种可能的组合:13.5.4.2.1 N 极调整表I1 门限调整值(L 保护)断路器型号注1:I1=1 In 是最大的过载保护调整值。

真正最大的可允许调整值必须考虑任何降温、接线端子和纬度。

没有设置好I1 和In N 可能损坏断路器,甚至危及操作者。

任何情况下,脱扣器记录I1 和中性线设置电流之间的任何错误,并通过报警指示(参见13.6.3)。

13.5.4.3 主频率设置在主频率菜单中,你可选择频率值:50HZ,60HZ。

13.5.4.4 模块当进入设置菜单后,有大量与模块相关的菜单可供选择。

13.5.4.4.1 PR120/V - 测量模块在测量模块中,你必须输入一个密码和可选择有无电压传感器。

而且,你可选择原边值(100,115,120…1000V)和付边值(100,110…230V),供电方向从低–高–低。

当输入密码后,你可选择是否连接中性线。

另外,相序和信号可激活与关闭,也可选择相应的门限值(参见15.1)。

13.5.4.4.2 PR120/D-M – COM 模块当输入密码后,可选择本机或远程模式,可显示串地址和波特率能够设置在9600 和19200bit/s。

可提供选择:(8,E,1),(8,0,1),(8,N,2),(8,N,1)。

串地址可选择标准Modbus 或ABB。

对于PR120/D-M 通讯模块,请参见手册15.2。

13.5.4.4.3 PR120/K - 信号模块对于信号模块的彻底检查,请参见15.3 相应模块部分。

13.5.4.4.4 PR120/D – WL-COM 模块这个模块基于PR122/P 保护脱扣器和一个掌上电脑或带蓝牙端口的膝上型电脑之间的蓝牙标准,实现无线通讯。

可参见15.4 章节模块描述。

13.5.4.4.5 本地总线单元设置如果PR021/K 被连接,通过选择“PRESENT”来激活本地总线。

13.5.5 测试菜单进入测试菜单需要输入密码。

菜单显示断路器的状态、储能状态和断路器位置,在其子菜单中,你也能使得断路器分闸或合闸。

使用“trip test”按钮,你能激活脱扣或关闭。

如果被激活,断路器将分闸。

这个功能仅仅在零母排电流情况下才可得到(使用V aux,PR030/B 或PR010/T)。

在这个界面上,你可使用Vaux 来查看断路器状态“status”,因而确保输入被正确连接。

使用“i test”按钮可以显示所有数据,勿需辅助供电电源。

如果有辅助供电电源,显示器将直接显示信息,勿需按“i test”按钮(显示将保持直到你按键盘)。

断路器分闸或没有任何电流流经母排时,48 小时内皆可得到信息。

脱扣器可保存最后20 次脱扣信息。

通过连接PR030/B 电池单元或BT030 无线通讯单元,你可检索最后20 次脱扣信息。

通过测量菜单中的Historical 子菜单可看到分闸数据,可参见下例:说明:由于保护和脱扣测试产生的分闸次数保护脱扣显示相、Ne 和G 电流值(如果G 功能已经导致脱扣)在测量菜单中,你能看到触头磨损百分比,它显示断路器触头电气寿命。

任何情况下,脱扣器功能不因触头磨损信息而改变。

预报警信息(大于80%,报警LED 亮)显示磨损已经达到一个很高的程度,报警信息(100%磨损,报警LED亮)显示需要检查触头磨损状态。

触头磨损百分比由断路器和绝对间断电流引起的分闸次数决定。

13.6 PR122/P 单元的报警和信号指示13.6.1 Led 信号信号指示描述警告黄色LED 亮. 预报警门限已被超过;一相或更多相电流范围在0.9*In< I <1.05*I1 (Ne 电流由选择模式决定;例如,在50%,表示为相电流的一半)。
