Unit 6 Doing housework单元教材分析:本单元的核心教学内容是“做家务和做功课”,重点介绍了what is /are …doing? He’s /She’s/I’m/we’re …句型。

这一句型主要用于描述当前正在发生的事件或正在进行的动作。

结合这一语言点,本单元继unit 3 之后,再次介绍一批动词,从而进一步拓宽了学生的语言交际面。

在整个单元教学过程中,要积极创设各种真实的情景来呈现、练习和巩固新句型,并要提醒学生注意动词现在分词-ing的读音及构成。

本单元A部分对话中,出现了本单元主要句型what is /are …doing? She’s/I’m/we’re…教学时可先从学生会说的语言材料开始,自然过渡到新句型,帮助学生理解现在进行时的含义,再导入本课的对话教学。

B部分出现了九个动词及动词短语,其中sleep, jump. Run, walk, wash cloth是新的。

应根据学生爱玩好动的特点,采用图片、游戏等多种形式让他们说一说、猜一猜,帮助他们掌握这些词语。

C部分出现了四个接听电话的场景,通过问各重点操练What are you doing? I’m/we’re …句型。

可采用小组问答,同桌编对话再表演的方式进行。

D部分四个场景均是A和B在电话中谈论另一人。

重点练习句型Where’s…? He’s / She’s in …What is he/ she doing? He’s /She’s …等。

可采用师生示范、图片问答,编演对话方式进行。

E部分是一个课堂游戏、目的是练习现在进行时句式。
