一、写作架构要规范

从推荐者的情况来分，可以分为自荐信和推荐信两种。具体写作结构为：

(一)开头常用语

1．I’m very pleased to learn that you are going to...I’m writing this letter to offer my recommendation to you.

得知你将……我很高兴，我写这封信是向你提供我的建议。

2．Please allow me to introduce one of my best friends to you.

请允许我向你介绍一位我最好的朋友。

3．I am writing to introduce one of my college classmates in Beijing.

我写信是要介绍一位我在北京时的大学同学。

(二)主体部分常用语

1．The reason why I recommend...is that...

我推荐……的原因是……

2．So I hold the belief that...be(am/is/are)quite suitable for the post.

所以我认为……很适合这个职位。

(三)结尾常用语

1．Thanks for your attention and hope to receive your reply.

多谢你的关注，希望能收到你的回复。

2．I would be grateful if you could give her some help.

如果你能给她提供一些帮助我将不胜感激。

3．I’ll be more than happy if you can take my suggestions/ideas into consideration.

如果你能考虑我的建议/想法，我会非常高兴。

三、润色完善很关键

(2018·济宁模拟)假定你是李华，你看到“悦读网”(Enjoyreading)正在举行“百日阅读汉语经典”活动，要求参加者在网上连续阅读一百天，每天至少半小时，完成后该网站免费赠送书籍。请给你的留学生朋友Henry写一封推荐信，推荐该活动。内容包括：1．介绍该活动；
