阅读下面短文，并按照要求用英语写一篇150词左右的文章。

How many times have you heard the expression that most people spend more timeplanning their vacation than they do planning their lives. I would expand thatexpression by adding that most people spend more time "thinking"about their vacation than they do thinking about what's important in theirlife.

While rest and relaxation are a must in living a balanced life, it's not whatwe were created to do. After all, the Master Creator took his R&R (Rest andRecreation) on the seventh day, only after six days of "definitelydirected thought."

What is your life's purpose or your personal mission statement? Is it writtendown? Do you review it and think about it often? Is your life organized aroundyour purpose and a set of goals that support that purpose?

Without purpose and goals - definitely directed thought - you are like the proverbial "ship without a rudder（舵）." There is power in your purpose and in your goals. It is the power that takes you over obstacles, the fuel that pushes you toward the life you expect.

It is admitted that goals play a key role in shaping our values. They not only gain us insight into the world and society, but serve as a source of motivation. The longer we stick to them, the more likely we are to make a difference. Lack of goals, undoubtedly, will deprive us of the motivation to pursue our dreams and frustrate our efforts in the end.

下面写第三段：

但同学们，每一点你都要有合适的高级词汇。

Thus, I will devote myself to study to euip myself with enough knowledge. Also, I'd like to give top priority to my health by making it a routine to work out regularly to build up my strength. Health, a guarantee of future success, counts for anything in fulfilling our goals. I am firmly convinced that only by doing so can my goals come true one day.
