提高企业员工培训有效性的途径研究

摘要

员工培训是企业人力资源管理与开发的重要组成部分和关键职能,是企业提高效益迅速的重要途径,是推动企业持续发展的动力源泉,是一个组织通过教学、案例分析或实际操作等方式。促使员工在知识、技能、能力和态度四个方面的行为方式得以提高,以保证员工能够按照预期的标准或水平完成所承担或将要承担的工作和任务。如何提高培训效能,提高企业整体绩效水平是每个企业都应当予以重视的问题。企业的员工培训工作不仅是企业发展的需求,也是企业留住人才、激励员工的有效途径之一。但是在很多企业中,培训只重视培训的过程,忽视培训的有效性,使培训无法达到应有的目的和效果,成为一种形式。因此,企业应不断地对员工进行培训,加强员工素质,培训良好的行为规范,从而增强员工及管理人员之间的凝聚力及团队精神,打造一支能熟练运用知识、技术的高素质人才队伍。

本文从分析我国企业培训的现状入手,深入论述了我国企业员工培训培训过程中出现的种种问题以及产生这些问题

的原因,提出了如何加强企业员工培训的改进,并提出了提高培训有效性的途径与方法,把提高培训的有效性,视为企业需要解决的核心问题。

ABSTRACT

Employee training is enterprise effective organization for human resources management and development the important part and critical functions, is the enterprise organization efficiency important way of increased rapidly promote the enterprise, is the source of sustainable development of. An organization through the teaching, case analysis or actual operation, etic way, makes people in the knowledge, skill, ability and attitude four aspects the behavior has been improved, and to ensure that the employees in accordance with the standard or expected to finish or will be liable to level for work and task, how to improve the training effectiveness, enhances the enterprise the overall performance level is every enterprise should be paid much attention. Enterprise staff training work is not only the enterprise development needs, also is enterprise keep talents, one of the effective ways to motivate employees. But in many enterprises, training only to take the training process, ignore training effectiveness, make training can't attain the purpose and effect, become a kind of form. Therefore, the enterprise should constantly training for employees, strengthen the quality of employees, training good behavior standards, thereby enhancing employees and management personnel of cohesion and between team spirit, build a proficient in using knowledge, technology of high quality talent team.

This paper analyzes the status quo of the enterprise training, deeply discusses the training employees appeared in the process of problems and produce the causes of the problems, and puts forward how to strengthen enterprise staff training, and puts forward the improvement to improve training efficiency the ways and methods. To improve training effectiveness, as the core of enterprise needs to solve problems.
