中药三棱和莪术在慢性肾脏病中的应用探讨作者：苏彦霞

【摘要】目的探讨中药三棱、莪术在慢性肾脏病中的治疗与应用。方法结合相关的文献综合三棱、莪术两种中药的功效详细介绍了在慢性肾脏病中的应用效果，从而为临床治疗选择最佳的方法，提高疾病的治疗效果。结果三棱、莪术应用于慢性肾脏病符合中医治则治法，并有现代的病理及药理基础。结论在慢性肾脏病的治疗中应用三棱、莪术，是中医宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合的方法，通过临床实践证明，可明显提高慢性肾脏病的疗效。

Abstract： Objective To explore the treatment and application of traditional Chinese medicine San leng， zedoary in chronic kidney disease. Methods Combined with the efficacy of two kinds of Chinese medicine related literature of common Burreed rhizome， zedoary were introduced in detail the application effect in patients with chronic kidney disease， then select the best method for clinical treatment， to improve the effect of treatment of the disease. Results Sanleng， zedoary used in chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine treatment， and pathological and pharmacological basis of modern. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic kidney disease （CKD）application of common Burreed rhizome， zedoary， is a combination of macro differentiation and microcosmic syndrome differentiation method， through the clinical practice proof， can significantly improve the curative effect of chronic kidney disease.
