商务英语信函的各组成部分及解释5篇第一篇:商务英语信函的各组成部分及解释商务英语写作的组成(Components)我们通常说的商务英语写作主要指的是商务信函或者邮件等方面的写作,常用的商务信函主要有信封、信头、档号、日期、信内名址、特殊标识、称呼语、标题、信尾客套话、签名、附件和副本等组成部分。

(1)信封(Superscription)收件人的名字位于最上方,一般而言,我们可以在距离信封左端10厘米,上端3.5厘米的地方写收件人的地址。

地址的写法要按照从小到大的顺序,比如房屋编号、楼层、门牌号、建筑名称、街道名称、城市名、省名/州名(美国的州名用两个字母的缩写)、邮政编码、国名,需要采用单行间隔。
