The father of modern animation现代动画之父动画是通过把人物的表情、动作、变化等分解后画成许多动作瞬间的画幅,再用摄影机连续拍摄成一系列画面,给视觉造成连续变化的图画。

目前世界动漫业界普遍公认着这么一个不争的事实——动画技术起源于19世纪的法国。

埃米尔·科尔(Émile_Cohl ),1857年出生于法国,法国著名动画家,世界动画史上的先驱人物,被人们称为“现代动画之父”,1908年著有第一部法国动画片《幻影集》。

1878年,埃米尔·科尔经人推荐,开始跟随著名漫画家安德烈·吉尔学习漫画技巧,直到1882年他加入了一个叫“Incoherents ”的艺术组织,并逐渐提高了自己的漫画技能。

1908年,埃米尔·科尔首创用负片制作动画影片,所谓负片,就是影象与实际色彩恰好相反的胶片,如同今天的普通胶卷底片。

采用负片制作动画,从概念上解决了影片载体的问题,为今后动画片的发展奠定了基础,同时埃米尔·科尔也被称作是“现代动画之父”。
