JDB-80/120/225/A/B系列电动机综合保护器(380/660/1140V)产品使用说明书安装使用前应认真阅读本说明书乐清市东鑫矿用设备有限公司1、概述1.1主要用途及适用范围主要用于与矿用隔爆型真空电磁起动器配套使用,适用于具有爆炸性气体(甲烷混合物)和煤尘爆炸性危险的煤矿井下。

也可与交流接触器配合作为地面电机的控制保护装置。

工作电源为交流50Hz,电压为36伏(可定做各种不同等级)。

作为就地或远距离控制的三相鼠笼型异步电动机保护控制之用,它特别适用于频繁操作,重负荷的煤矿机械设备中。

额定电流80A、120A、225A。

固定式安装,长200X高118X厚521.2使用环境条件:a)可在地面单独使用或装在电磁防爆开关内在煤矿井下使用。

c)周围介质温度-20~+5℃;d)周围空气相对湿度不大于95%(25℃时);b)无显著摇动和冲击振动的地方;c)无显著破坏绝缘的气体和蒸气的地方;g)工作电压为交流36V,电压波动范围+20%~~~-25%。

;h)保护器为长期工作制。

2、技术特征性及技术参数保护器的过载保护特性见表1缺相保护特性见表2保护器具有主电路漏电闭锁保护的起动器,当主电路对地绝缘电阻降低到表3整定值以下时,主回路漏电闭锁,当上升到整定值的1.5倍时,解除主回路漏电闭锁。

表3注意:1、使用前务必测量4#线与9#线之间的电压。

范围在36V的75%~~110%之间。

超过此范围会引起不良反映,甚至烧毁保护器。

特殊电压订货时事先说明.2、非专业人士不得随意打开,打开后产品将不在本公司的保修范围之内.系统图注意:非智能的无通讯A、B线,无常开合闸触点,其他完全一致。

JDB-LQ+是具有先进的现场总线接口,基于微处理器技术开发研制的电机保

智能数显电机综合保护器使用说明书(基本型)一:产品概述:JD-601ZS系列智能数显电机综合保护器是我公司在多年研制生产电控设备的基础上采用高可靠的工控芯片设计制造的通用电机测控装置。

该机功能强大、体积小巧、安装方便、工作稳定可靠、保护控制参数设定简单方便。

四:细节说明:4.1、带电容运行情况下实际电流不是电机自身电流,空载时线路电流远小于电机空载电流,轻度不平衡就会导致缺相或不平衡保护,系统对这种情况可以进行屏蔽。

第五节综合保护装置一、电动机综合保护器电动机综合保护器是一种以电子器件为基础的保护装置,能对电动机实现过负荷保护、断相保护、短路保护和漏电闭锁功能的保护装置。

下面以JDBl20(225)型综合保护器为例,分别介绍其整定及使用方法。

1.电动机综合保护器的整定取样电路由电流互感器、信号变换电路和整定电路等部分组成。

图4—12为JDR一120(225)型综合保护器中取样器的电气线路。

从电流互感器(LH,一LH,)二次绕组输出的交流电流信号,首先经过电阻R,一‰转变成交流电压信号,然后再经过二极管D,。

D。

和电容器C,一C,整流、滤波,最后在电阻R,一R。

上形成所需要的直流信号电压。

为了能同时得到反映过载、短路和断相3种故障的信号电压,将3个电流互感器二次侧的直流信号电压并联输出,并用6个二极管D。

~D,组成的或门电路进行综合,b点为三相的中性点。

这样,从a、C两点引出的电压就正比于电动机主电路中的电流,因而a、c两点间的电压就是过载和短路保护的信号电压。

当电动机一相断线时(如A相),该相的电流互感器无信号输出,但另外的两相电流互感器仍有信号电压输出。

此电压的下端除可以继续由a点输出外,还可以通过断线那一相的滤波电阻(如R,)和二极管D加到b端,电压的负端则通过二极管D,和D。

加到c端,因而在b、e两点之间得到一个电压,此电压就是断相故障的信号电压。

整定电流的具体分档可见表4—2,具体整定时,动作电流按电动机的额定电流整定。

表4—2整定动作电流的分档值2.电动机综合保护器的使用(1)为了对综合保护器工作性能进行定期检查,可以利用保护器的漏电试验开关与过载试验开关进行相应的试验。

在试验时必须先断开隔离开关,然后打开开关外壳,将上述试验开关拨到试验位置,随后再盖上开关盖,合上隔离开关,进行试验。

严禁违反安全操作规程。

此外也可以将电流整定在较低值,利用实际启动电流与工作电流进行模拟过流或过载试验。

1)主回路LED监控电源电路改造设计
主回路闭合手动换相隔离开关HGK后变压器B1带电它设有电源保险管和低压保险管,
对此电路加装监控电路LDE指示。
(1)在低压侧加一个低压保险LED指示器,即可以用发光二极管作电源指示又可以在保险管熔断时指出是哪一个保险管熔断了。

新设计的多功能电机综合保护器增加了开盖信息识别电路,并通过动力线载波模块接入到三相动力电网,保护器还通过多功能通信模块接入到监控系统分站。

解决了现有JDB 系列电动机保护器功能单一,相关信息无法识别和上传的问题,且实现了带电开盖断电并闭锁的功能。

If the digital tube displays "A-", this is the trip current of phase a; if "B-" is displayed, this is the trip current of phase B; if "C-" is displayed, this is the trip current of phase C. When the line works normally, press the "RST" key to unlock the current lock state (in case of open phase, unbalance, or starting timeout, press the "RST" key for unlocking). As the overload protection has the thermal memory function, pressing the "RST" key cannot realize the unlocking action, and the unlocking will be carried out automatically when the electric motor is cooled down (also, the protector can be powered on again for unlocking).VI. Operation Precautions1. Connect the wire properly according to the wiring diagram.2. Set the setting current according to the rated current marked on the nameplate of electric motor by combining with the display on the digital tube via keys.3. During the startup of electric motor, the overload indicator will be lit. After startup, the overload indicator shall be off during normal operation, so that the adjustment process is completed.4. Please check the performance of the protector regularly, such as open phase test and overload test.5. It is strictly prohibited to increase the current of the protector when the current and electric motor or the load works abnormally, otherwise this may cause the electric motor burns.6. The equipment that may cause major economic losses or personal safety shall be designed to ensure that the technical characteristics and performance values have sufficient margins, and safety measures such as double circuit protection should be taken.VII. Common Faults and Solutions1. If the motor stops during normal operation, carefully check the electric motor for open phase or overload. First check whether the electric motor has very high temperature rise; if found temperature rise, the overload may occur; if not found temperature rise, the line may have open phase to cause trip; check whether the three-phase power supply works normally; check the moving and fixed contacts of the AC contactor have good contact; check whether three power lines of electric motor are loose; If all are normal but the electric motor still fails to start, please carefully check whether the connecting screws of the self-lock contact of AC contactor and the normally-closed contact of protector are loose; the electric motor can start only after all faults are eliminated. Do not start the product forcedly when the fault is not eliminated to prevent accidents.2. The protector works with the electric motor and the load switch (such as contactor), and the power supply shall be turned on simultaneously. If failed to realize the synchronized power-on, the protector may have open phase fault, and the electric motor cannot start normally.3. If found any product failure, please disconnect the power supply, and then find the cause of fault; after checking that the line works normally, operate the product according to the installation and operation instructions.4. For products with poor quality, please contact the local dealer company or our company.VIII. Transport and StorageThe product is not affected by rain and snow during storage and transportation, and cannot be extruded; the product shall be put in a well-ventilated environment during storage, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90% at (25℃± 5℃). The lower temperature limit is -25℃, and the upper temperature limit is +55℃.IX. Unpacking and InspectionUnpack the outer carton, and check there is a user manual in the packing box.X. 3 正常工作条件和安装条件2 型号及含义1 适用范围JD-5电动机综合保护器,适用于交流50Hz、额定工作电压AC690V以下,额定工作电流0.5A~400A的长期工作或间断工作的交流电动机的过载和断相保护。

保护器一般与交流接触器配合使用。

符合标准:GB 14048.4、IEC 60947-4-1。

3.1 海拔高度不超过2000m。

3.2 周围空气温度-5℃~+40℃,且24h内平均温度不超过+35℃。

3.3 大气条件:在最高温度为+40℃时,空气相对湿度不超过50%,在较低的温度下可以允许有较高的相 对湿度,例如+20℃时,空气湿度可达90%,并对由于温度变化偶尔产生的凝露,应采取特殊的措施。

3.4 污染等级:3。

3.5 安装面与垂直面的倾斜度不大于±5°。

3.6 在无爆炸危险介质中,且介质中无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体及较多导电尘埃存在的地方。

Installation and Operation InstructionsJD-5, JD-5B, and JD-6 installation and operation instructions:1. Please read the user manual carefully and connect the wire correctly according to the wiring diagram.2. Terminals 1 and 2 are the working power input terminals of the protector; JD-5 and JD-5B: 3 and 4 are normally closed contacts at the output control terminal; JD-6: 5 and 6 are the normally closed contacts at the output control terminal, and 4 and 5 is the normally open contacts at the output control terminal. For wiring method, refer to the wiring diagram; the three wires of output terminal of AC contactor pass through three white wire holes H1, H2, and H3 of the protector respectively to connect with the inlet wires of motor. (Refer to the wiring diagram).3. Turn the two adjusting knobs on the protector panel clockwise to the maximum, and turn on the power supply after confirming that the wire is connected properly. Press the Start button and run the motor (the green light is on and the phase loss yellow light is not on, and the overload red/green light is on when normal operation). When the product is running normally, turn the current adjusting knob counterclockwise until the overload indicator flickers, and then fine adjust it clockwise to the critical position where the overload lamp does not flicker; observe it for about 3 minutes. During this period, the current or motor and load are normal, and the overload indicator does not flicker, and then turn the delay button back counter clockwise to the position greater than the motor start time (longer is preferred).4. Start the motor, and the overload indicator is on. After startup, the overload indicator shall be off during normal operation, so the adjustment process is completed.JD-5 and JD-5B:1. When debugging the current knob, it shall be carried out when a change of the rated working voltage is less than ±5%.2. For motors with a line current of less than 6A, the three-phase power line should be wound onto the white wire hole of the protection by considering that the non-load line current of motor is smaller. Technical characteristics should be met.3. Due to the internal structure relationship, the overcurrent adjustment scale is not linear, and the actual debugging shall prevail.4. Regularly check the performance of the protector, such as phase loss test and overload test.5. For equipment that may cause major economic losses or personal safety, make sure that the technical characteristics and performance values have sufficient margin in design, and safety measures such as doublecircuit protection should be adopted.VII. Common Faults and Solutions1.If the motor stops during normal operation, carefully check the motor for phase loss or overload; first check whether the motor temperature is very high, and this may be overload stop due to temperature rise; if there is no temperature rise, the line phase loss may occur, causing trip, and check whether the three-phase power supply works normally, whether the moving and fixed contacts of AC contactor have good contact, whether three power lines of motor are loose; if the motor still fails to start when all are in the normal state, carefully check whether the connecting screws of self-lock contacts of AC contactor and of normally-closed contacts of protector are loose, and then start and run the motor only after all faults are eliminated. Do not start the motor mandatorily if any fault is not solved to prevent accidents.2.The protector, motor and load switch (such as contactor) shall be used together, and their power supplies are connected simultaneously. If failed to connect the power supply simultaneously, the phase loss failure of protector will occur, and the motor cannot start normally.3.In case of failure of product, first disconnect the power supply, and find out the fault cause; operate the product according to the installation instruction after checking the line works normally.4.For product with poor quality, please contact the local dealer or our company.VIII. Transportation and StorageThe product is not affected by rain or snow during storage and transportation, and cannot be extruded, and should be put in well-vented place during storage; the relative humidity does not exceed 90% at (25°C± 5°C). The lower limit of temperature is -25°C and the upper limit is +55°C.IX. Unpacking and InspectionUnpack the outer paper carton and check that there is a user manual in the packing box.V. Ordering NoticeJD-5 and JD-5B products have the exactly same performance except that the JD-5B has one more failure alarm buzzer compared with the JD-5. 一、概述JDB电动机智能型电动机保护器,是一种提高电机运行安全和自动化管理水平的智能化仪器,核心采用美国MICROCHIP公司的微机控制器配低功耗集成电路开发而成的。

该保护器具有保护功能齐全,测量参数直观,反应灵敏,动作及时可靠,可以与上位机通讯构成远程监控于一体的高新技术产品。

广泛应用于石油、化工、煤炭、冶金、电力、钢铁、水泥、矿山、轻工、纺织等行业低压电动机保护及远程监控理想的产品。

二、特点1、采用微机技术和高性能低功耗电路,运算高速,性能稳定。

2、整机模块化结构,卡式电流传感器,体积小,安装方便。

也可分体安装,主体外形尺寸按照国际仪表装置标准。

3、采用数字处理技术,测量精度高,线性度好,对故障判断速度快,精确可靠。

7淘汰JDB及其关联产品的规定新

淘汰JDB及其关联产品的规定阳煤集团杨玉涛一、国家局第四批淘汰JDB电动机综合保护器要求做到:①数字式电机综合保护器;②具有保护状态指示。

二、安标办的规定安标字[2010]24号关于发布《矿用产品主要零(元)部件安全标志管理规则》的通知3.4 产品取得安全标志后,生产单位不应随意改变主要零(元)部件的配置。

确需变更时,应执行以下规定:(1)变更安全关联部件(A类)、安标关键部件(C类)部件的,应向安标国家中心提出变更申请,经变更技术审查或必要时的产品检验、现场评审后,方可变更;(2)变更安标配套件(B类)部件的,应选择具有安全标志的产品,且确保产品整体匹配;(3)变更其他主要零(元)部件(D类)部件的,应按照生产单位质量管理体系的相关规定,保证产品的安全性能。

三、煤矿的现状JDB电动机综合保护器,是安装在煤矿井下大量使用的磁力启动器(隔爆型开关)中。

目前。

大多数煤矿自己购买“数字式电机综合保护器”,自己在井下或矿上的检修车间更换“JDB电动机综合保护器”。

第一,煤矿或开关厂家更换JDB不符合安标办的规定。

第二,煤矿或开关厂家在原开关上更换JDB,不增加“保护状态指示”,仍然没有消除被禁止的原因。

四、JDB的关联产品与JDB相类似的电动机综合保护有ADB、YDB和KDB等,都具有被淘汰的理由——“采用分立元件制造,没有保护状态指示、无保护参数调节(模拟式调节)功能、抗干扰性能差,且模拟式调节的保护参数整定值与被保护电动机额定电流值不容易匹配”。

所以都应该被淘汰。

不能因为不是“JDB”而继续使用。

注意,国家列入淘汰的产品最主要是因为其危害性,其名称和型号只是一个代表。

WDB-80/120/200电机保护器使用说明书中国电光防爆电气有限公司前言欢迎使用中国电光防爆电气有限公司生产的WDB-200型保护装置。

(-80为80A型,-120为120A型,-200为200A型)本说明书介绍了该装置的特点和先进性,以及应用范围、安装接线、操作维护等内容。

对本装置的操作,务必是在获得了用户主管部门的授权和仔细阅读了本说明书后方可进行。

对于一些重要操作;如定值修改等,如不按本说明书的要求对装置进行操作,则有可能造成不良后果。

用户注意:在设备运行时,必须把装置侧面的拨码拨至“运行”状态,否则设备不启动。

1.装置的主要特点WDB-200型保护装置(简称WDB-200)是中国电光防爆电气有限公司研制的新型高性能系列微机控制保护产品之一,主要应用于工业系统交流50Hz,标称电压在380V/660V/1140V电网中。

本装置以16位单片机为核心,辅以工业级外围芯片,精密大电流互感器,小型专用继电器,采用钢结构机箱,坚固可靠,安装灵活方便,尤其适用于老型设备的改造。

装置抗高低温,潮湿,振动,有害气体,灰尘的能力强。

JD、KDJ型矿用低压选择性漏电保护装置使用说明书无锡市军工电力电器有限公司一、装置概述KDJ型矿用低压选择性漏电保护装置具有选择性漏电保护、漏电闭锁和漏电后备保护三种功能的两极漏电保护装置,且可进行人工漏电试验。

适用于作为矿用一般型660V、380V、127V系统的低压配电装置及防爆馈电开关的馈电选择性漏电保护。

本保护装置为组件式结构。

只要在支路馈电开关和JD型检漏继电器中加装相应的保护组件,即可实现前述三种保护功能而不需要增加新的低压配电装置及防爆设备,也不需要增加外部电缆接线。

使用KDJ型选择性漏电保护组件不增加变电峒室设备台数和峒室面积,便于标准化管理。

本保护组件可根据支路分路数目在2~12路中任选,安装地点除变电峒室外,还可以在离变电所不太远,且支路电缆敷设条件好的采区配电点使用。

本保护组件使用灵活方便、功能多,也是煤矿安全规程中规定的井下低压馈电线上必须装设的选择性漏电保护。

矿井低压供电系统使用本保护组件,可以消除因某一负荷支路漏电对其他负荷造成的停电故障,减少各用电负荷之间的相互影响,且选择性漏电跳闸与漏电闭锁结合可大大缩短查找故障点所花时间,有利安全生产,方便井下机电工作人员。

本保护组件充分考虑了安装使用及维护的方便。

二、装置组成、使用与功能1、组成选择性漏电保护、漏电闭锁组件:KDJ组件。

总检漏继电器,延时动作组件:JD组件。

图1中,KDJ组件安装于支路馈电开关DW80—(200,350)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中,则支路馈电开关具备了选择性漏电保护功能,漏电闭锁功能,人为漏电试验功能。

JD检漏继电器安装于总馈电开关上,则JD检漏继电器具备了延时动作的漏电后备保护功能。

其动作情况是:当分支Ⅲdl点发生漏电,则支路Ⅲ馈电开关DW80Ⅲ选择性漏电跳闸,Ⅰ、Ⅱ支路正常工作。

Ⅲ支路跳闸后,QC1、2、3失压断开。

1、过载保护
1.1、当负荷侧电流达到1.1Ie时(出现过载电流),过载开始报警。
1.2、对负荷侧出现的断续过载,进行能量释放和积累运算,实施反时限保护。
1.3、过载保护时,保护特性如表一
3、接线方式:与普通JDB保护器接线方式一样,4#、9#接保护器36V交流电源;3#为保护器输出触点;380、660、1140为漏电闭锁检测线;
5、保护器自检试验:面板上分别有漏电闭锁试验、过流和复位试验按钮,使用时操作工人每天可对保护器保护性能例行检查。如图所示

4、失电压保护
当电网电压降低到额定电压30%时,继电器断开。
5、具备模拟故障试验自检功能。
6、本保护器有自动抽水功能:有水自动起动,无水自动停止等功能。

485通讯输出电路为本质安全型,485A,B二根通讯信号线使用时无需电源就可独立工作自成回路,去接入检验合格的本安型分站内(配接时必须进行防爆联检)。

3、主电路漏电闭锁保护
主电路对地绝缘电阻降低到表三的动作值时,实现主电路漏电闭锁。当对地绝缘电阻上升到动作值约1.5倍时,解除主电路漏电闭锁。
