分层作业设计策略所谓分层作业设计,就是教师充分考虑到学生中存在的差异程度,有针对性地加强对不同类别学生的作业设计,以便使每个学生都得到最好的发展。

分层作业设计在教学目标上致力于促进全班学生都得到最大限度的发展;在效果上则谋求各个层次的学生都能获得成功的体验。

分层作业设计充分体现了面向全体、分层优化、因材施教、主体参与的教学特点,对于激发学生兴趣,促使学生主动获取知识,减少学生流失,大面积提高学习成绩是很有效的。

分层施教起点低,能多层次地调动学生们的学习积极性,具有保尖、促中、补差的作用。

分层作业是与统一要求的作业相对立的一种作业类型。

过去我们给学生布置作业时“一刀切”,即对全班学生提出统一的作业要求,规定他们在相同的时间内完成同样数量和同等难度的作业。

这种统一的作业要求与学生中客观存在的个别差异之间形成了尖锐的矛盾,造成了所谓的“差生吃不了,优生吃不饱”的状况,造成了农村英语教学中两级分化严重,这实际上也阻碍了各种不同层次和类型学生的发展,彰显了分层作业设计的必要性和重要性。

那么教师在分层设计作业时要注意哪些策略?笔者结合所学知识和实践经验简单总结如下:1.分段分块融合将课堂45分钟分成两个时段,利用前面30"--"35分钟的时间进行本节课重点新知识的学习,将最后10分钟左右的时间通过“微型练习卷”或其他形式将本堂课的重点知识进行归纳提炼,结合本节课的知识能力目标、中考要求进行现场的、针对性强的笔头训练。

使学生在老师的视线范围内、严密监控下完成应试类巩固练习。

洋思中学的蔡校长说:“在课上做l道题,顶在课下做1 000道题”。

把最重要的作业分块在堂上完成有诸多重要的作用:(i)学生课堂上精力比较集中,做作业会比较认真。

能有效保证课堂上作业的完成质量与作业效果;(2)对后进生个别监控到位,可适时进行个别辅导;(3)易于发现学生作业中出现的问题,及时收集,及时讲评;(4)减少学生课外家庭作业的时间,减轻学生课业负担;(5)能很好地克服甚至杜绝学生抄袭作业、作业不认真、不完成作业的现象,逐步养成良好的学习习惯,使作业真正发挥巩固知识的作用。

为阅读课,全文由三篇围绕同一主题的文章组成。

关于教学交流的话题,学生平时接触得不多,尤其是城乡结合部的学生,没有亲身接触过,甚至完全没有概念,这也对课文的理解造成了一定的障碍。

本单元在Reading A就直接介绍了Educational exchange的实例(Reading B才介绍此意义,在常规教学中,建议先学习Reading B),在学生对其没有概念的前提下进行本课的教学有一定的难度。

一般情况下,单元中的Reading A是一个单元的基础,联系着语法,听说和写作,而在横向看,本节课涉及到的内容则相对独立,和单元学习的其他模块没有太大的联系,就纵向看,关于educational exchange这个话题,没有在其他分册中再出现,所以,本课的定位就是让学生了解这个题材,尽量通过阅读练习充实这部分的内容。
