无托盒饼干包装机说明书

一、摘要

本次毕业设计是关于无托盒饼干包装机的设计。首先对无托盒饼干包装机作了简单的概述；接着分析了各部分元件、零件的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的各主要零部件进行了校核。本次设计主要由上料装置、输送装置、套袋装置、打断热粘装置、下料装置、主体钢结构、动力源等部件组成。最后简单的说明了安装与维护。

目前，无托盒饼干包装机主要具备结构紧凑、操作简便、性能稳定可靠、饼干破碎率低、损失率低等优点。为了更好的满足实际工作要求，设计者们还应努力尝试设计出能应对多种饼干外形、实现最大自动化生产的机械设备。近年来出现各种功能独特的食品机械，在这方面我国与国外先进水平的差距确实存在，但是正在不断缩小。国内在设计制造特种食品机械的过程中也积累了大量的实际经验。

本次无托盒饼干包装机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 难免存在各种纰漏、失误。权当一次难得的实践过程，希望对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考和借鉴价值。

二、Abstract

This graduation design is to design a supporting box free biscuit packaging machine. The supporting box free biscuit packaging machine is summarized; and then analyzes the selection principle and calculation method of components, parts; then according to these design criteria and selection calculation method according to the givenparameters selection design; then the check of the main parts of choice. This design is mainly composed of a feeding device, conveying device, bag device, hot sticking device, interrupted feeding device, the main steel structure, power supply and other components. Finally, a simple description of the installation and maintenance.

At present, supporting box free biscuit packaging machine has compact structure, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance, low broken rate, the loss rate of biscuit etc.. In order to better meet the actual work requirements, designers should also try to design the largest machinery and equipment automation production to deal with a variety of appearance, realization of biscuits. Mechanical food unique functions in recent years, the domestic and foreign advanced level gap exists, but is shrinking. In the process of design and manufacture of special domestic food machinery has also accumulated a lot of practical experience.

The supporting box free biscuit packaging machine design represents the general design process, there are many flaws, mistakes. As a rare practice, hope to have some reference value for the selection of the design work in future.
