Requirement to Concrete Substrate

对混凝土基层的要求

涂装性能的发挥及其服务寿命，与混凝土基层的性能和质量密切相关，其施工工艺与技术指标应该是在公司认可的技术条件下进行，建议如下：

2.1 Compressive Strength /抗压强度

The compressive strength of the concrete substrate for receiving high

build polyester coating system should be no less than 30N/mm2.

最低使用C30 混凝土，即混凝土浇筑完毕28D后的抗压强度必须大于30 Mpa;

2.2 Surface Quality /表面质量

Concrete slab without screed on the top and finished by power floating is highly recommended. The tensile strength of the concrete surface should be no less than 1.5N/mm2. The concrete slab should cure for at least 28 days and the moisture content should not be higher than 4% before polyester coating applications. ThyssenKrupp Xervon is able to offer powder floating service.

建议一次性浇筑到设计标高，使用抹平机进行原浆抹平(不铺设找平层)，涂装前，混凝土表面抗拉强度必须大于1.5 Mpa。混凝土必须养护至28天以后，且经测试其基层含水量不得超过4％;

2.3 Flatness/ 平整度

As a protective coating layer, the coating system is not able to improve the flatness of the concrete substrate essentially. Therefore, the flatness of the concrete substrate should achieve the standard of the design or requirement of use.

由于涂装作为保护涂层不能改善混凝土表面的平整度，因此在施工前，混凝土基面平整度必须达到设计标准或者业主的使用要求;

2.4 Requirement to Concrete / 对混凝土质量的要求

W/C < 0.45

Cement Content > 340 kg/m 3

Slump Test: 120-150mm

施工工艺及施工程序

3.1Demand of Material材料要求

Epoxy seal coat application requires the following conditions. Time schedules will be affected if those conditions cannot be fulfilled. Substrate and ambience conditions are assurance of quality polyester coating work.

环氧树脂封闭层的施工要求如下施工条件，如果不能满足，进度计划将受影响。基层和环境状况要求是高质量涂装工程的保证。

1) Substrate基层

·Compression strength抗压强度> 30N/mm2

·Pull-off strength抗拉强度> 1.5 N/mm2

·Moisture content含水率< 4%

·The surface must be clean, dense, dry, free from oil, grease, crack, cavities, damages and other contaminants

基层必须清洁，密实，干燥，无油脂、裂缝、空鼓、损坏或其他污染物。

2) Ambience环境

·Temperature and humidity 温度与湿度Min.+10˚C (but at least 3˚C above the dew point)最低+10˚C（但高于露点至少3˚C）

Max.+35˚C

最高+35˚C

Relative air humidity max. 80%

空气相对湿度最高80%

3.2Concrete substrate preparation混凝土基面处理

We will take care of treatment of small and local substrate defects, typically are grinding of extruded mortar at formwork connection, closing of pinholes, local irregular and coarse surface etc.

对于基层的一些小的和局部的缺陷，我们将进行处理，主要包括模板拼缝处多余砂浆的打磨，气孔的封闭，基层局部小范围粗糙等。

3.3Material Using Instruction施工用料配制工艺

3.3.1 Preparing vinyl ester binder树脂胶料的配制

Prior to mixing Sikafloor 161 part A epoxy resin mechanically. Add Sikafloor 156 part B to the resin and continuously mix for 3 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved. To ensure thorough mixing pour materials into another container and mix again to achieve a consistent mix.

混合前用机械方法预搅Sikafloor 161环氧树脂材料。加入全部固化剂后，继续搅拌至少3分钟直到混合物均匀一致。之后将材料倒入另一容器再搅拌至调和以确保完全均匀混合。
