三方面入手精准审题 --- 格式
应用文是写给某个人或群体的文章，可分为两种： 需要写明写信对象的；无需写明写信对象的。
着重强调需要写明写信对象的几种体裁：书信、便条、通知、申请书、启事。 这几类体裁，应该首先确定写作对象，然后设置合适的称谓与书写位置。 尤其需要注意的是，书信文体中不仅要写明写信对象，而且应写署名。
Dear Lynn, My name is Li Hua. I am a exchange student who will go to a junior high school to study. Therefore, I need to live in your home during next term.I will go to Canada by plane and may arrive around 6 o'clock. You can go to the airport on Feb. 2 nd and pick me up. 三方面入手精准审题 --- 时态
• 应用文写作，现在时、将来时是时态的主角。 例如， 申请信往往采取现在时为主的时态，强调自身目前具备的能力、特性； 倡议书则倾向于采取将来时，提倡在未来将要做的事。

• 在语言风格使用上应从多个方面分析：套话、礼貌用语、口头用语、书面 用语、谦虚用语、语言情感、人称形式、关联词等。 例如

书信结尾可采用“Looking forward to your early reply.”“Wish you all the best. ”
