• 《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》(International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2010, 缩写 Incoterms® 2010 是国际商会根据国际货物贸易的发展 ，对《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》的修订，2010年 9月27日公布，于2011年1月1日实施，它与《2000年国 际贸易术语解释通则》的主要区别是删去了4个术语，添 加了2个术语，并进行了一些改动
