新浪科技讯北京时间8月13日午间消息,彭博社报道,消息人士称,阿里巴巴将于9月3日开始路演,9月16日正式登陆纽交所。
消息称,阿里巴巴将于9月3日起,进行为期两周的100场路演,路演范围横跨亚、欧、北美三大洲,而该公司创始人、董事局主席马云也将在此期间庆祝他的生日。
根据承销商的计划,阿里巴巴的路演将从香港和新加坡开始,该公司高管随后将抵达伦敦,最后于9月8日到达纽约,举行在美国的第一场路演。
消息人士还透露,阿里巴巴的上市日期应为9月16日。
彭博社称,阿里巴巴在路演中将有机会回答全球最大投资机构的问题,并吸引投资机构的认购。
另外,彭博社预计阿里IPO将募资200亿美元,成为美国股市规模最大的IPO。
按照惯例,阿里巴巴将于9月2日,即路演开始前一天公布发行价区间,并于9月15日即上市前一天公布发行价。

从美国当地时间9月8日开始,阿里巴巴在纽约正式启动上市路演。
据了解,整个路演时间将持续两周,覆盖美国多个城市。
多位参与首日路演的机构投资者人士向21世纪经济报道记者表示,阿里巴巴的路演现场十分火爆,据一位与会人士目测,参与的投资者由计划中的500人,一度达到近800~900人。
路演起航在国内电商领域创造诸多传奇的阿里巴巴,有望在美国书写属于自己的历史。
美国当地时间9月8日,阿里巴巴在纽约正式举行了IPO之旅的第一次路演。
此前9月6日阿里巴巴向美国证券交易委员会递交的招股书更新文件显示,阿里巴巴首次公开招股的定价区间为60至66美元。
照此计算,即将上市的阿里巴巴市值将达到1542亿至1698亿美元左右,而最多计划募资也将达到约243亿美元,这一金额将打破此前由VISA 在2008年创下的募资179亿美元的纪录,成为美国股市史上最大的一宗IPO。
同时,此次阿里巴巴IPO预计还将发售1.23亿股美国存托股票,同时股东将献售约1.97亿股美国存托股票。
其中马云[微博]将在IPO时献售1275万股,阿里巴巴董事局执行副主席蔡崇信将献售425万股,两者合计占阿里总股份数的0.7%。
值得注意的是,阿里巴巴在完成此次增发之后,总股本将攀升至25.71亿股,公司也将成为仅次于谷歌(581.01, -8.71, -1.48%)和Facebook(76.67, -1.22, -1.57%)的全球第三大互联网公司。
实际上,阿里巴巴赴美路演之行受到了超出预计数量的投资者关注。
根据一位参与首日路演的投资者透露,当天参加阿里巴巴首日路演的投资者人数预计有500人参加,但是最终实际参加人数很可能已经达到800~900人左右的规模。
“场面非常拥挤,来了许多对冲基金、共同基金以及机构投资者。
”这位参与了阿里巴巴首日路演的投资者9日告诉21世纪经济报道记者,“但是实际上还是感到有些遗憾,没有什么更新鲜的东西披露。
