交通堵塞问题
The picture presents a real traffic scene in which endless columns of vehicles have jammed the road, making movement impossible. Much valuable time is wasted and many important businesses are delayed in the helpless waiting for progress. It's no exaggeration to say that the inconvenience and losses caused by traffic jams are inestimable.
Traffic problem is an inescapable outcome of social and economical development, and therefore is common to most capital
cities all over the world. The accelerated urbanization, the rapid increase of private cars, and the lag of road construction are responsible for traffic congestion.
As the traffic problem involves many factors, there is no single measure that can solve it once for all. For the present, realistic solutions may include: first and for most, we should give priority to improving and developing mass-transit system, both ground and underground; Secondly, the authority should set up proper limits to private vehicles; Thirdly, the related regulations should be made to
ensure perfect traffic management; Last but not the least is to advocate bicycling or walking between home and office. I believe by these effective measures, the traffic problem will be solved sooner or later.

压力
The set of pictures present a sharp contrast between two
different kinds of attitudes people hold facing stressful events. The former type is always trying to desperately "fly" when confronted with misfortunes or crises, but the latter optimistically "fight" against such events, and believe that they will control their own destiny. Indeed, we should act on the values of optimism.
The pessimist invariably takes a passive "fly" in face of adversities. He feels like fate's plaything and moves slowly
believing nothing can be done. Studies suggest that the feeling of helplessness undermines the body's immune system. On the contrary, optimists will feel in control of their own life and acts quickly, reaching out for advice, and looking for solutions. In many successful medical treatment cases, what keeps a patient alive is their optimism and willpower. He actually recognizes stress as a natural part of his life.
If we hold an optimistic attitude, we can make our life better and come through distressful periods with more physical and mental vigor. Evidently, what determines our choice between "flying" or "fighting" will be our attitudes towards life, not the stress itself.

Emerging from the cartoon is an ironic scene that a man is striving to climb up the stairs called "savings", sweat pouring down his face. After a hard journey, he is almost getting to the highest position. He, unfortunately, falls down because of illness. How vivid this drawing is in describing the importance of health.
Many people consider social status and wealth as the primary goals of life, but the picture above reminds us that without health, no pleasure can be tasted by man. Good health is essential for everything. First of all, an unhealthy person can hardly surpass energetic ones in his work and thus has little chance to gain great wealth and the consequent higher social status. In addition, even though a person happens to live an affluent life, he can not enjoy it without health. Many successful entrepreneurs are reported to be harassed by illness and some even die at the prime of life, leaving their luxurious houses, big cars, beautiful clothes and all the great things behind.
From the above arguments, we can conclude that everyone, especially those preoccupied with tight work schedules, should
realize the importance of good health and spare a little time to take exercises and arrange healthy diets.
