饭店专业术语门市客(Walk-in) ——未经预定而进入饭店要求入住得宾客。

出租房(Occupi ed) ——有宾客现时正入住着此房间。

免费房(pl imentary) --- 客房处于出租状态,但住客不需要付租金。

续住房(Stayover) ---- 住客今天不离店,至少还会住一晚。

打扫房(On-change) ----- 住客已离店,但客房处于尚未清扫完毕可供出租得状态。

请勿打扰房(Do not disturb) ----- 住客要求不要打扰。

外出过夜房(Sleep-out) ---- 住客开了房,但未使用。

未结帐房(Sk ipper) ——住客未做结帐安排已离开了饭店。

空置房(Sleeper)——住客已结帐离开饭店,但就是前厅员工未及时更改客房状态。

待售房(Vacant and ready) ----- 客房已打扫并检查完毕可供出租给来店得宾客。

待修房(Out-of-order) ---- 不能给宾客使用得客房,客房处于待修状态有许多原因,包括需要维护保养、重新装修以及彻底清扫。

双锁房(Lock-out)——客房被加了锁,住客因此不能进入,需要与饭店管理层澄清一些问题后才会恢复租用。

已结帐得在租房(D NCO did not checkout)——住客已对结帐做好了安排(所以不就是未结帐房)但就是离店前未通知前厅。

即将离店房(Due-out)——住客将于次日退房。

走客房(Check-out)——住客已结帐,交回了钥匙,离开了饭店。

延时离店房(Late check-out) ----- 住客要求在饭店规定得离店时间以后退房,并以得到准许。

单人房(Single) 供一人住得客房。

可能有一张床或不止一张床。

取人房(Double)——供二人住得客房。

可能有一张床或不止一张床。

三人房(Triple)——供三人住得客房。

可能有两张床或不止两张床。

Advance Deposit Guarantee要求客人在入住前支付一定数额的费用作为预订的担保。

方法有现金、信用卡、合同担保。

Advance Payment客人入住时没法出示酒店允许的信用卡时,必须先交押金。

Amenity为了表达酒店的敬意向客人提供的免费礼物,如水果、鲜花等Arrival Date客人预计抵达酒店入住的日期。

ASAP As Soon As PossibleAuthorization Code授权号码,即由联网的信用卡终端确认的号码,表明此项交易被银行允许了。

Average Room Rate平均房价,客房收入除以实际开房数。

前台专业术语FRONT DESK TERMINOLOGY1、Accommodation 住宿:特指留宿的有关房间的种类及位置。

2、Adjoining Room 邻近房间:指两个房间近连在一起,相对其它房间较近的两个房间。

3、Connecting Room 连通房:指两房中间有一扇门连通起来的房间(适用家庭)。

4、Advance payment 预付款:按照酒店财务规定和有关规定,前台服务员要求客人预先支付房费和可能的其他费用(客人登记时应交纳1)、预付房租;2)、预付所有费用消费)什么人要求预先支付?1)不可相信的人,即初次打交道的客人。

2)帮朋友付款的客人等。

5、Advance deposit 定金:客人为了确保能有房间而提前支付酒店的一笔按金(要大于等于房费,订房时酒店向客人收的)。

6、Guarantee 担保确保:指客人以预付订金或公司函电确认订房,无论客人是否到店,都要保留订房,无论客人是否入住都要收费。

确保有几种途径:1)现金支付:付财务部,作好备注。

2)信用卡:交信贷产,应知号码、有效期、种类、密码与银行核对。

3)公司函电:信件式传真要有公章、签名及所付款项目及客人姓名,但此公司应与销售部有合同。

4)Bank draft(银行汇票)5)Traveler’s Check(旅行支票):可以挂失,应有签名。

7、Amenity 免费小礼品:指酒店免费向住店客人提供的一些礼品。

如:水果、鲜花或饮品、报纸等。

8、Arrival 抵达:指客人入住酒店的抵达日期,另指客人的订房。

(12)Complimentary(免费):指由总经理批准提供给某个客人的不需要收费的房间,即COMP。

(13)Confirmation (确认):指酒店发给订房客人的一种十分详细的订房书而协议,承认客人在将来的某一天有权居住在本酒店。

另,机票中的往返票,连程票,在中转途中要求做位置的Comfirmation,否则航空公司有权取消该位置而转售他人。

(14)Connecting (连通房):指两间房中间有一扇门连通起来的房间。

(15)Corporate Rate (公司合同价):指与酒店有协议而提供给公司的客人的房间价格,这类价格通常为特别价,且保密。
