Purpose: Confirm the necessary analyzed content and relevant analysis technology. Through collection and analysis of the suitable data, make sure the control emphasis of the management activity so that the factory can continously improve all kinds of quality management activity. 2.0 范围：凡本厂质量管理体系中所涉及的各项统计分析活动均适用该程序。 Scope: It's suitable for all kinds of data analysis activities related to quality management system. 3.0 职责 Responsibility 3.1 品质部：负责对各阶段品检作业状况及客诉进行统计分析。 Quality Dept: Responsible for the data analysis of quality inspection working status of all the period and customer complain. 3.2 生产部： Production Dept. A、负责对生产过程的各项活动进行统计分析。
Responsible for the data analysis of all kinds of activities during the production process. B、负责对生产计划的完成状况进行统计分析。
Responsible for the data analysis of completion status of the production plan. 3.3 仓务部：负责对供货商库存物品使用状况进行统计分析。
