那如何提高课堂效益呢?一、优化英语课堂教学目标教学目标是英语课堂教学的重要组成部分,是教师专业活动的灵魂。

具体的、可操作的、科学的英语课堂教学目标是判断课堂效益的直接依据。

根据现代课程理论,教学目标可分为如下几类。

一类是知识目标(目标达成为:了解一理解一应用);一类是技能目标(目标达成为:模仿一独立操作一迁移);一类是情感目标(目标达成为:反应一领悟)O为提高课堂效益可从如下方面优化课堂目标:一是从英语学科的系统目标岀发,立足于培养学生的综合语言运用能力,从整体上把握知识体系,确定本堂课的知识点、技能训练点、情感出发点及其相互关系(落实语言知识的教学以构建综合语用能力的根基,抓好语言技能的训练以打好语用能力的基础,重视情感态度的作用以促进综合语用能力的发展)。

二是从教材、学生实际出发,缜密地考虑英语学科的特点和教师、学生、教材、环境、设备等方面的情况确定目标结构,做到容量适当、难易适度、重点突岀、难点突破、详略得当。

三是思考采取什么样的教学手段,如何活化教材,使学生学得轻松、愉快,而又达到最佳效果。

二、科学分配时间科学分配、合理使用时间,是一堂英语课成功的重要保证。

一堂英语课可遵循这样的原则來分配时间:首先,明确教与学、教师与学生、讲解与练习、重点与一般的关系,并根据英语学科的特点、教学内容和要求作出粗略安排;其次,根据学生年龄特点、知识基础、认知习惯进行详细分配;最后,根据教学的环境、手段、风格及课堂的重难点作出相应的调整。

三、倡导任务型教学途径《英语课程标准》明确指出新型的英语教学应实施任务型教学途径。

即为用而学,在用中学,学了就用。

具体来说就是:以具体的任务为载体,以完成任务为动力,把知识和技能融为一体,学生通过听、说、读、写等活动,用所学语言去做事情,在做事情过程中发展和完善自己的语言能力。
