活动反思本学期我园组织了全园性的公开课展示活动，我们每一位老师都是本着互相学习、相互促进的理念，只为了让自己能在其原有的基础上，不间断地提升自己的教学水平以及教学能力，学习更多的教学技能！而在入园以来，我发现本班的小朋友们，他们的性格各异，各方面的能力也是参差不齐。
有些孩子在生活中不愿开口、不善交流，这样的孩子朋友很少，他适应环境的能力相对较差，所以当他们遇到困难和挫折的时候，都不会主动地与他人诉说，或是寻找他人的帮助，导致问题不能及时、很好地得到解决。
所以我选择了一个语言活动《圣诞节的礼物》，让幼儿在愉快的谈话里、在直观的画面中，能自主地感悟说话的重要性，从而使幼儿的口语听说能力能得到提高。
我执教的中班语言活动《圣诞节的礼物》目标：1、学习按照一定顺序讲述图片内容；2、通过老师的提问,猜测图片之间的联系,并尝试讲述；3、感受充满童趣的故事情节,愿意用响亮的声音在集体面前讲述自己的观点。
个人感觉在本次的语言活动中，我在各方面准备得也挺充分的，然而有些环节还是让我不尽如人意，应该再有所改变才是，现将活动反思做如下总结：一、个体与集体之间的转化之前我在引导幼儿了解圣诞节的环节当中，是有进行过个体阐述的，之后也有进行集体讲述，让幼儿能大胆地表述自己的观点。
但是之后在理解图片的环节里，虽说是有请个别幼儿，但还是没有把两者之间的联系很好地把进行转化，我应该多让个体来阐述自己的观点，之后教师再给幼儿给予鼓励或肯定，最后再及时做出小结才是。
并且要明确地知道什么时候应该让个体来阐述，什么时候应该让集体来表述，不能有一丝混淆，否则孩子们无法真正地去理解你所要呈现给幼儿的故事内容。
二、完善教学准备况，又应该如何去解决？！当你完善了这一系列的教学准备，开展起活动来自然游刃有余。
三、活动的趣味性虽然说孩子们对本次活动能够大胆在表达自己的观点，然而后期还是缺少了一些趣味性，这是在我设计这次活动的时候所忽略了一点，如果当时在活动中加入能真实碰触到的圣诞老爷爷，那样的话使幼儿更直面地看到，相信孩子们也会更容易感受到充满童趣的情节，如此活动气氛才可以推至高潮。
所以往后的教学中应该多思多想，以怎样的形式来开展才能让孩子更感兴趣！四、教育者状态一个教育者的状态，完全会影响教育对象的状态。
本次的公开课，我在整个活动当中，欠缺的就是一份活力，一种激情，所以孩子们也没有完全地放开，在舞动圣诞环节中更加明显地呈现了出来，所以我在往后应该以一种精神饱满的状态来开展活动，如此才能渲染活跃的气氛，带动孩子们愉快地进行活动！五、随机教育执教前期的活动时我多以讲述为主，所以在后期有些幼儿兴趣减弱，这时候虽说以礼物来吸引幼儿继续倾听，但这样的兴趣维持不了太久，所以如果当时能随机与幼儿做一些亲密动作、表扬幼儿或是以小游戏来让幼儿重新把注意力聚焦在活动中来，相信孩子会更容易理解，也更愿意参与。
孩子在活动中难免会出现意料之外的状况，这时候就显示出了随机教育的重要性。
