法国西餐厅菜单法国人一向以善于吃并精于吃而闻名,法式大餐至今仍名列世界西菜之首,下面就由店铺为大家整理的法国西餐厅菜单,欢迎阅读。
法国西餐厅菜单1:热带海鲜炬饭材料速冻的干贝50g,,虾仁50g,,淡菜40g,,黄油10g,,大蒜3瓣,,洋葱半个,,萝卜一根,,青椒一个,,菠萝片4片,,米饭3碗,,马苏芝士50g做法1.速冻的干贝,虾仁和淡菜解冻,去掉脏东西,然后放黑胡椒,盐,淀粉和少量白兰地腌制。
2.锅内放一点黄油,加入蒜末,炒香,加入洋葱翻炒,加入海鲜,稍微翻炒至变色,加入萝卜和青椒丝,翻炒一下。
3.加入米饭,翻炒一下,加入菠萝丁,翻炒,加盐,黑胡椒,罗勒调味,最后撒上少量白兰地。
4.盛入耐热碗中,表面撒上马苏奶酪,烤箱200度烤15分钟至奶酪完全融化即可。

奶油土豆浓汤材料:土豆一个、洋葱半个、培根3片、牛奶250毫升、淡奶油少许、高汤250毫升、盐、胡椒粉、橄榄油各适量。
做法1、先把土豆切成薄片,将洋葱和培根均切成条。
2、炒锅中稍稍烧热一点后,放入培根条用小火慢慢的煎至培根出油、变脆后,盛出备用。
3、炒锅中放入橄榄油烧热后,放入洋葱丁煸炒出香味后,放入土豆片煸炒均匀,倒入高汤,用小火把土豆煮软后,关火。
4、把煮好的蔬菜和汤一起倒入搅拌机中,打成蔬菜汤。
5、把打好的蔬菜汤倒回炒锅中,倒入鲜牛奶和淡奶油,重新开小火,边加热边搅拌,煮开后,放入胡椒粉和盐调味,关火。
6、把煮好的浓汤盛入碗中,放上煎好的培根条点缀即可。
