为提高同学们学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语的感知和运用，创造浓郁的英语学习氛围，丰富同学们的课余生活，给学生提供一个学习和交流英语口语的平台，从而带动全体学生学习英语的积极性，特举行***初级中学英语演讲比赛活动，现将活动有关事项通知如下：
一、成立活动领导小组：
组长：*** 负责活动的组织领导

三、评分标准（本次比赛按十分制计分，评委实行现场亮分制、参赛者最终成绩在去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后，求平均值确定，评委亮分是保留一位小数，计分结果保留三位小数）

②仪表端庄，大方得体。
姿态自然，对于形象不良的可酌情扣分。

③口齿清楚，发音标准。

④演讲富有表现力，具有感染力、吸引力。

四、奖项设置：分年级奖励。
各年级各设置一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名。
其中有重复名次时不计下一名次。

六、几点要求：
1、凡准备有背景音乐的选手在***月***日***时前将曲目光碟交***老师处。
2、各班主任在***月*** 日***时组织学生到操场制定位置就做。
比赛选手坐在本班队伍前列。
3、主持人提前20分钟到场熟悉场地、调试话筒、细化比赛各环节。
4、评委组成员提前10分钟到场，评委组组长主持召开会议、学习评分标准、统一尺度。

5、各位教师的座位由各年级组自行负责，分年级坐在对应班级后排以监管所在年级会场秩序。
